Fit well on our pop up. I like the front and rear are labeled that made install a breeze. The cover fit snug around the top and still has enough room to stretch over the propane tank in front and the spare tire in the back.

It is a great cover and your service is always excellent but there are a few tears in the corners already.

by:

Cover arrived and I installed it by myself after work. Cover appears to be made of quality material and fit my fifth wheel very nicely. Plenty of tie downs and straps to hold it securely in place. Plenty of zippered openings so you can access your RV after cover is installed. Since this is my first winter of storage I cannot comment on durability over time, but I feel very confident that my 5'er is protected against the elements. Now I'm looking forward to spring when I can remove the cover and start camping again!

Outstanding product! I will say etrailer.com also provide heads up service and contacted me about potentially shipping me a cover that they had in stock vs the one I ordered as they wanted to make sure that there was no prolonged delay that I may not want until this one came back into stock. Being proactive is good and I said " I've got time so I can wait." I ordered on 13 Sep 2020 and it shipped on 6 October 2020. A 3 week delay is not the end of the world at all. Great proactive service from etrailer.com and they are my go to for truck towing and my camper needs.

Bought this to cover my Northstar 850 SC pop-up Cab over Camper. Worked perfect. Exactly what I wanted it to do.

by:

I just finished putting this cover on for the second season and you would have thought it was brand new. Wisconsin winters are harsh and this cover works perfectly. The little bags you fit with rocks that help get the straps under the RV are a great addition. Thank you etrailer for all you do for your customers.

The best advise I can give is DO YOUR HOME WORK BEFORE YOU BUY, and get the correct cover for your needs! I have read too many reviews from people who bought the wrong cover, i.e. a light weight cover meant for short term storage but use it long term, and then complain it didn't last. We have a V-nose travel trailer and since no one makes covers specifically for them, we had to find what we thought would be the best one for it. We measured down the top of the trailer from tip of the V to the end of the ladder and looked at ones that would fit that measurement. We decided on the Camco UltraGuard cover because of the fact that it was heavy duty and recommended for cold and snowy climates (we live in Michigan). We liked the idea of the many air vents where the sides meet the top, and the numerous tie-down straps with bungee cord ends. We watched a video about the easiest way to put a cover on, since this was all new to us. It recommended laying it out on the ground first and locating the "Front" and "Rear" labels so you knew which end was which before hauling all 38 lbs of it up on the top of the trailer, where it would be more difficult and unsafe to figure out. Also it recommended turning it inside out, with the sides folded up over the top so the sides could be dropped down easily, rather than having to be pulled out from underneath the top, as would have to be done if opened from the way it was folded at the factory. Before installation we followed the enclosed instructions which said to cover any sharp edges and points on the trailer before installing the cover. We cut pieces of swimming noodles to cover the rain gutter ends and the corners of the step frames. We then loosened and lowered the AM/FM antenna and covered it and the folding TV antenna with an old towel. Being heavy duty fabric, the cover was a little eavy to get up on top of the trailer, so we had to use another ladder, not the one attached to the trailer, to get it up there. That was actually the hardest part, but once up, it was easy to adjust in place per the video instructions and drop the sides down. Final adjustment could be made from the ground by pulling carefully on the sides . NOTE: The tie-down straps do not go all the way under the trailer as do many other brands, but have soft-fabric covered aluminum hooks you bend into shape yourself to hook underneath the trailer. We were not sure we liked that arrangement at first, but it seems to work well holding the sides of the cover down and in place. We used the frame of the trailer as much as possible to hook onto rather than just the bottom of the sides. The instructions said not to pull the bungee sections tight but to leave a little spring in them so they have some give when the wind blows the cover. I think the reason is if they were tight with no give, the wind might possibly rip the tie-down from the cover. The back straps used to tighten it work very well, but since our trailer is a V-nose, we had to fudge with the straps on the front to snug it down as tightly as possible, so we added another bungee strap to hold down the excess fabric of the front corners. The whole installation took two of us a little over an hour, but next time should go faster now that we have it figured out. We wondered how well it would all hold, but this past week we had sustained winds of 35-40 MPH with gusts of 55 MPH for over 24 hours, and the cover hardly even moved. All you could see was the sides poofing out slightly and then the air vent flaps would lift and let the excess air out, so the top never ballooned up at all! It also rained very hard and the cover just beaded up the water and it ran off. The main trick is to take your time and get it snugged down with no loose, baggy, flapping areas where the wind can get under it. Now we have no doubt it will also hold up just fine to the cold winter snow and winds here in Michigan!

Of course I must start by saying that etrailer's customer support is second to none. It is always a pleasant experience to order from etrailer.com.
I am very pleased with the design and quality of this Camco camper cover. The material seems to be of very good quality. The air vents at the top are a smart design feature which allows air to escape from the cover when the wind blows. The top portion is designed with some overhang that acts as a drip edge which sheds water away from the sides. Very good design! The fasteners seem to be of good quality and there are velcro ties for each of the 4 jacks that support the truck camper. It fits pretty well on the my Lance 915, although I was having a little trouble keeping the front portion on the cab-over from coming off. I ended up adding a couple straps from the front fastener to the 2 front jacks to help keep it in place. As with any cover, the main enemy is wind. It can tear apart a cover under the right circumstances. The trick is to keep it tight enough that it's not flapping in the wind but not too tight such that it puts stress on the friction points. I do wish there were more tie down points at the bottom and under the cab-over. I"m thinking of getting a kit that cuts eyelets and add some more points for tie downs at the bottom edges. The zippers for the door are of good quality. I might consider adding a dowel or something to the bottom of the zippered door opening to make it easier to roll up the door opening. Kind of difficult to get it to roll up reasonably well by yourself. With 2 people, it would roll up nicely. Overall, I don't think I could find a cover that would fit any better without getting a custom made cover, which would cost 2 or 3 times as much. This cover is a very good investment and I would definitely recommend it.

by:

The cover was sewn incorrectly. The all four side are skewed with the roof about 12" counterclockwise making the fit very poorly.

by:

I bout this cover one year ago, to protect camper during the winter.
Works well, it was snowy and windy but camper and cover have very good condition.
Thank you for fast shipping and quality of cover.

by:

Honestly looked like a great product. The fit and finish were good. Unfortunately it developed two random holes in the fabric at the top over the course of about 4 months of use. I live in Northern California where the sun isn't an issue, and the wind is seldom strong.

by:

The biggest headache was to locate the front and rear. Unfortunately, had to unfold on the ground to determine and refold to put back up on roof; and at that time, tore a small part of the covering. There were no instructions when it came to the two, long rolled up straps. I did thread one of the straps thru the loops at the bulkhead and tied it down, and the other to the underside of the back of the 5th. Overall, it's a great cover and happy with it.

by:

This is a good cover, though not as durable as I'd hoped. I managed to put some small tears in it while removing ice and snow from on top. It came with a small repair kit that was adequate for the repair.
The cover easily goes over the spare tire and battery box and has elastic to hold it snug. I especially like that it came with a throw-bag for easily tossing the straps under the trailer. The four straps work very well to secure the cover even in high winds.
I folded and placed terry cloth towels on the four sharp corners of the trailer to keep the cover from wearing thru at the corners. This has worked well.

by:

First of all your 'product image' photo does NOT match what you are selling.
I made my own gutter covers from 3.5" pieces of pool noodles. I'm not certain why directions tell you to turn it inside out...when I got it on the roof, I had to struggle to turn it right side out. We have a solar panel and AC unit that put some strain on the way it fits. There is no velcro around the camper jacks as one reviewer stated. We live on a lake where the winds howl 25-30 mph at times. I'll post photos in the spring. Hopefully it will hold up as it seems to be reinforced and quality material.

by:

This fit great on my 2027 10-2 northern lite truck camper.

by:

I'm not real happy with the way the cover fits on my fifth wheel. I tried for several hours to adjust the cover. I'd give this one a poor rating. The front does not hang properly and when attempting to adjust it the rear has excessive covering that I had to tuck up over the bumper.

by:

The cover was well made and materials of high quality. Seemed as good as a cover we were replacing that cost a lot more. Can’t vouch for the durability as we traded it for another camper that became available 2 weeks later. I can say that e-Trailer has been top notch with each purchase we have made!!

Really well handles the rain snow and wind very well

by:

Excellent service. Our first order shipped to who knows where. No questions asked, another cover was shipped. That’s good service.

by:

Outstanding winter cover. The best I've ever used, and I've had several that couldn't make it through one Michigan winter without something wearing out. This is my second ultra guard. The first one lasted four years of, not just winter, but summers as well. Due to family issues, then Covid, we have not used our 5th wheel since fall of 2017, so the cover hadn't been off since then. It took 4 years of wear, and finally, a bad wind storm to do it in. I highly recommend this product.

by:

Fits perfectly on our 37' fifth wheel and looks really nice. The cover is really well made and the zippers are really handy for accessing the trailer while the cover was on. William has been extremely helpful and responsive during our purchase. The cover arrived only three days after our order.

by:

I just received my RV cover yesterday. Actually 2 days earlier than I expected it. I am glad I read all of the reviews on this product. There were many helpful tips on how to insure that you didn’t tear the fabric. I used pool noodles on the down spouts as well as other sharp edges of my 38 ft 5th wheel. It took two of us about two hours to fully install from start to finish. I am very happy with the fit. I will follow up after the winter to share how it handled the windy and snowy Pennsylvania winter.

  • Storage Cover for Cold, Snowy Conditions for a 38 Foot 5th Wheel Trailer
I looked up the specs on your 2015 Palomino Sabre 33CKTS 5th wheel trailer. It stated the overall length of the trailer is 38 feet. Item # CAM45759 is a great cover for snowy climates. I would recommend Camco's UltraGuard 5th Wheel Cover - 38' Long Item # CAM45757 which a closer fit and is an all-weather cover that is good for cold/snow as well as high winds. • 5th Wheel Cover for 2017 CrossRoads Cruiser Model 3391RL with AC Added to Front Bedroom
Generally speaking, when measuring a 5th wheel trailer for a cover you would not include the height of the AC unit(s) on the top. It is just the height of the body that you would measure. So the first thing to look at when choosing a cover is the length. I found that your 2017 CrossRoads Cruiser Model 3391RL is 37 feet, 3 inches long. Camco cover # CAM45757 will fit 5th wheel trailers from 36 feet to 38 feet long. These covers are 114 inches tall. We also have Adco cover # 290-52257 which...
