It is a great product, easy to install, love the fact that I can now put my kayaks on my car. Since I bought this product i don't have to borrow someone else car.
Pretty straight forward to assemble, in my year time now using it I have nothing negative to report about it, a little on the spendy side but a solid product

The clamps didn’t fit my 2013 F150 perfectly. They needed to be bent to fit reasonably well. I get more wind noise in the truck with them on.
Very impressed. Racks were truly a custom fit. Instruction sheet showed exact measurements, bracket adjustments and placement directions specific to my make and model vehicle. Even though I had a "bare roof", the racks fit perfectly and seemed solid and secure. Well-built product. Two thumbs up!
Correct fit kit of vehicle. Arrows in rubber pad hard to see unless in good lighting. When together easy. Millimeters? Yeah, I have a pile of tape measures in millimeters laying around the house. Not really, I asked my android to convert it to inches. Packaging was kind of lose with parts rattling around. No big deal just some small marks in the plastic towers. I going to only be on when my cargo carrier is in use.
Was easy to install. Be sure to adhere to weight limit in the manual. I put too much and the rack slid because ibwas doing 70mph. I love this product and etrailer was cheaper by a long shot than anywhere else
This kit is easy to slap on and sturdy enough to balance my skis and snowboards. I recently used the Rhino Rack on a three hour drive to a ski resort and had no issues.
Arrived quickly and everything went together as stated in the directions. I have been very satisfied with the rack and it looks and performs to my expectations. Would highly recommend for others.
Wonderful product and wonderful company! These fit perfectly on my 2013 SantaFe Sport with panoramic sunroof. Gives good clearance for strapping down the kayaks without getting close to the glass. No moving or shifting. Again, can't say enough about this company. Their customer service is awesome!
Everything fits fine but the rubber bumpers keep coming off when the rack isn’t attached to the roof. Not a big deal for functionality but storage can be tricky if you’re not careful.
eTrailer customer service was awesome! They helped me find the correct parts and get them to me in time. I was in a real predicament until I got on the phone with them! They have my loyalty!
Still on the truck, rubber in certs have shrunk from the sun but they are replacable so not a problem.
I don't use them everyday but they are always on the truck.
30,000 plus miles and no problems.
My order came in very late and the box looks destroyed and then retaped. I open it and attempt to assemble and I'm missing parts!
Rhino Rack was the only company that makes a direct bolt roof rack for a flat roof Toyota Highlander. We love it for hauling tje Kayaks.
My Rhino Rack, on my naked-roof Acura functioned perfectly, and stayed tight. It is easy to remove and re-install whenever I need it.
Very easy to set up and install. It makes transporting my kayak that much easier and simpler. They also look good on my vehicle as Well. I don't have any complaints and I'm very satisfied with this product!
The product was deliver in excellent condition, in a personalized etrailer box (nice touch). There were some components that were delayed in getting to etrailer, but, I was kept informed of the progress the whole time and the product was still delivered earlier than expected. I highly recommend etrailer, their personnel service is top notch and pricing was the cheapest around.

Fit was good. It looks great on car.
It did sing at speeds above 45 mph. So we couldn't leave it on car. I couldn't figure out how to stop it. We since sold that car and haven't tried it on new car.
I would have scored higher if the product had been packaged better. Both ends of the bike rail were missing, the end on the rails were open. The internal components for the bike rail were found on the ground in front of my house. The products all appear to be intact. If the ends of the boxes were taped over, the products would be more secure in its packaging.

Fits my Chevy Sonic very well. Good quality. The roof rack was worth every dime I paid. I bought it to put bikes on my roof, but I have used to carry a canoe, sheets of plywood and plywood.
Wish I would have bought this anyway els I paid for 3 day shipping because I need it in 3 days ! But I did not receive it in 3 days it came in 7 days I want my money back
l9ve this fits together with the rest of the kit and all delivered at the same time! Its been a year and there's no rust or wear on them yet. Can't wait to get some more gear! I recommend them to everyone
This review is for the whole roof rack as I purchased the components seperately. Measurements for Toyota Prius hatchback are 2" to 2 1/2" off for the location of the legs on the roof. In addition the 'measurement strip length' is wrong (this affects the width between the corresponding legs). This is the manufacturer's issue not etrailers.It took hours for one person to figure and re-configure the rack. If not for that I would give the item a 5 star review as it is sturdy and I have confidence in the performance of it while carrying my 58lb kayak.
