Need Larger Diameter Replacement End Caps for Yakima Round Crossbars

The end plugs are the wrong size, the outside circumference is perfect but the inside plug is way to small. My mistake. I did not realize there were different sizes.

We do indeed offer two sizes of replacement end caps for Yakima round crossbars.
We offer the smaller diameter # Y80159 that you referenced, and the larger diameter also in a set of four pieces as part # Y8007026. These larger diameter end caps fit all round Yakima crossbars except for the 86-inch size. This larger end cap is also offered in single units as part # Y8790009.
To give you some advance assurance that these larger caps will fit your crossbars I have pulled a set of part # Y8007026 from inventory and measured both its outer and inner diameters which are indicated on the attached photo that I have edited for you. The diameter of the inner portion (that fits inside the round crossbar tube) is 7/8-inch.
