Question:

Hi I have a Thule Hullavator 897XT kayak rack. This is Not the current Hullavator Pro being sold today. Will this older Hullavator fit my Yakima Jetstream Crossbars. Please advise. Thank You

Yes, the older Thule Hullavator (897XT) will fit Yakima JetStream bars. You'll use the T-Slot mounting hardware that would have come with the older model carrier and then you need to make sure you can move the carrier out far enough that there is 4" of clearance between the arms and your vehicle when the Hullavator is in the "load" position per the instructions.

If you don't have that mounting hardware anymore then you need the 4 of each of the following parts:

Socket Head Cap Screw - # TH919063054
M6 Washer - # 951061254
Square Nut - # 853-7557
