The center to center hole spacing is 2-1/2" and they have a 3/4" diameter.   For a tri-ball setup to attach to a weight distribution shank like the # C17122 that you referenced you'd want the # C45802 and the # C45800 plus pins and clips # PC3 and you'd be set. For a weight distribution system then to use with this shank for a small camper the best option would be the Strait Line part # RP66072 which gives you the best sway control that works to fight sway before it starts, has a tongue weight range of 200 to 400 lbs and fits the shank you are wanting as well.

  The B and W Tow & Stow part # BWTS10048B is a multi-ball mount that's adjustable in rise/drop up to 5 inches, is very easy to use, is made in the USA, and has all three popular hitch ball sizes built into it!
