The two holes that are used on part # C45802 to attach to an adjustable shank like part # 17120 are 5/8" in diameter which is the standard for 2" receiver tubes. You can use two of part # C21500 to attach it to the shank. It can be adjusted upward and downward on the shank depending on your specific needs. The complete unit with the shank, receiver, hitch balls, and hitch pin is part # D900 which I have attached a review video of for you.
