Hooking up a trailer usually turns air adjustment into a back-and-forth between the cab and the coupler. Bluetooth app control lets you stand near your truck and adjust air spring pressure from up to 30 ft away, with no cell service needed. Pressure feedback shows in the app while your trailer settles into position.
Toolboxes, off-center cargo, and trailer tongue weight can make one side of your truck sit lower than the other. Single and dual path control lets both air springs move together or adjust separately through the app, giving each side the pressure it needs for a level stance under an unbalanced load.
Tire checks and quick air jobs are easier when your truck carries its own air supply. The 425 Series compressor feeds a 1/2 gallon tank rated to 150 PSI, while the included 25 ft coiled hose, tire chuck, blow gun, and adapters handle inflation and cleanup tasks around the truck or trailer.
Frame-mounted air systems live near rain, dust, and dirty road spray. The compressor and manifold are IP67 sealed for weather-exposed mounting when used with the remote-mounted intake filter, keeping pressure control hardware out of the cab and ready for underbody placement.
Compressed air can carry moisture into your air lines, especially after repeated fills. The silica bead water separator pulls moisture from the air stream and uses an automatic solenoid drain to clear collected water, keeping dry air moving through the system during normal pressure adjustments.

Hi, everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at this BRAVO wireless air control kit. This is a complete onboard air management system that's gonna give you wireless control, onboard air capability, and automatic air spring adjustment right from your smart device. So, folks, at the heart of this system is our 425 series compressor. It's back here inside of the mounting bracket that was included. And this is rated for 150 psi or 1.75 CFMs, and it's 100% duty cycle at 100 psi.
So that's gonna provide you reliable, consistent performance, whether you're leveling your suspension or airing up those accessories. And what's needed is that you can use the Bluetooth-enabled mobile app. You can adjust the air spring pressure directly from your iPhone, Android device, no internet connection or cell service required. The app also will give you real-time pressure readings. You are gonna have three programmable presets, pressure unit settings, and even system diagnostics right from your hands on that phone.
Now, this system does support both single and dual-path operation. So whether you wanna adjust both air springs together or independently, you have that control from left to right-hand side for those uneven loads, excuse me, to give you that improved leveling. Now, one other feature that you're probably gonna appreciate is the built-in setup assist. It can alert you to potential leaks and also provide maintenance reminders for the onboard moisture management system. So that's this unit right here.
You do have this nice system included. The installation for this complete kit has been designed to be straightforward, thanks to quick mounting systems. So you have the mounting brackets here, you have the quick mount brackets here for the air tank. You have all direct plugin with the Deutsch connectors and these main OEM-style connectors. So it's a straightforward, quick mount system.
You also have push-to-connect air fitting. So every air fitting, all you gotta do is make sure you have a clean cut on your air line, push it right in, and you're good to go. So it's a pretty fast installation compared to a lot of other brands out there. And the best thing about it all, there's no drilling whatsoever or vehicle modification on this particular setup. You also get this air tank that we we inchesre mentioning. It's built with carbon steel construction. It's a durable black powder coat finish, so you don't have to worry about internal rust, those kind of things. And it's also got that quick mount bracket system as well. And I mentioned that water separating or onboard moisture management. That's what this guy is right here. That's gonna also do a really great job at completing or keeping everything nice and dry. It's gonna remove moisture from that compressed air before it reaches anything that's critical. Now, I mentioned this being a complete package. Well, you do get the bag here, the accessory bag, you get the coiled air line hose here. That's so we can inflate different things. Maybe run up to a wheel or tire for somebody else if we need to. You get all the accessories. I left 'em in the bag here. There's just so many of 'em. I got a air nozzle, I've got a tire inflation tool, tire inflation reader. I got all my connections, T-fittings, et cetera, brackets. Everything I'm gonna need for any kind of accessory for inflating stuff is probably inside of that bag right there.
