Made from extruded aluminum, the rack is both sturdy and rustproof. It stands 31" above the bed rails when raised, giving you plenty of clearance for long loads while keeping weight down for better fuel efficiency. The textured black powder coat finish adds protection against wear and gives the rack a rugged, low-profile look. Even after years of use, it resists corrosion and surface damage from weather and road debris.
When folded away, the Invis-A-Rack stores completely inside 3-1/2" wide x 3" tall bed rail cases, blending in with your truck’s trim. The system looks neat and doesn’t draw attention when you’re off the clock. Fold it up for work or play, then drop it back down for a night out or a trip through the car wash—no tools, no hassle.
Installation takes about ten minutes with the included heavy-duty clamps and 1/8" thick foam strips that cushion the contact points. There’s no drilling required, so your truck bed stays protected. The 66" overall rail length fits snugly along the bed, and everything you need to mount it comes right in the box. Once it’s on, the rack is easy to raise, fold, or remove whenever you need to switch from work mode to weekend mode.
With a 500-lb weight capacity, the Invis-A-Rack handles ladders, long boards, and tools during the week, then kayaks, canoes, or hunting gear on the weekend. You can even use foam block carriers (sold separately) to add protection for boats or paddle gear. Couldnt be more pleased. Two end caps fell off due to inadequate gluing but DeeZee, after a single call, promptly mailed me two more. Great product support!!
