I have a solution for you, but the Invis-A-Rack Folding Ladder rack # DZ951550 is not a fit on the 2014 Toyota Tacoma. There is not a folding ladder rack available, but you could use something like the Thule T-Rac Pro2 Ladder Rack for 2005 to 2015 Toyota Tacoma # TH37004XT which is a confirmed fit on your Tacoma.
This would be a permanently installed option that does not require any drilling and will work on both the Tacoma models with and without the deck rail systems.
