Appears that the invisarack DOES NOT work with the deck rail system....is that correct?

I do have an option for you but the Invis-A-Rack Folding Ladder Rack like part # DZ951550 will not work with the deck rail system on your 2016 Toyota Tundra. If you are looking for something that is easy to take on and off then I recommend the Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4001677 which is similarly priced and the uprights can be removed with four bolts/nuts per side. There is also the option of the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Rack part # Y01151-5868 which the uprights can be removed with only two bolts/nuts per side.
Unfortunately, there just aren't a lot of options that are compatible with the deck rail system.
