The Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack gives you 500 lbs of carrying strength—250 lbs per bar—so you can handle long ladders, lumber, or pipe during the workweek and pack up kayaks, canoes, or surfboards when it’s time to relax. The over-cab height keeps gear clear of the bed, leaving room below for tools or coolers. Four sliding load stops are included to help keep cargo from shifting along the 72" long x 1-1/2" wide crossbars.

Built from lightweight aluminum that’s rustproof and UV-resistant, this rack won’t corrode or break down under heavy use. The extruded anodized aluminum finish on the crossbars and rails adds even more durability. The streamlined, angled uprights are positioned on the bed rails for strength and stability without blocking your view.

This rack is designed to work alongside inside-the-rail tonneau covers like Lomax hard tri-fold and Access roll-up styles. The vertical uprights don’t angle inward, so folding or rolling the cover stays simple. This setup gives you a clean look and full functionality from both your bed cover and ladder rack.

Square crossbars feature integrated mounting channels along the top and bottom, so you can attach tie-downs or mount accessories wherever needed. The removable rubber strip in the top channel cuts noise and vibration while providing easy access for channel-mounted gear. The utility rails also include mounting channels, giving you more tie-down points and room to expand your setup.

Installation is quick with no drilling required. The foam-padded utility rails sit on your bed rails to protect the finish, and aluminum stake pocket inserts secure the system in place. Uprights can be repositioned or removed along the rails to fit different load sizes, so you can switch from hauling long construction materials to bulky outdoor gear without tools or hassle.

Ratings & Reviews
Easy to install, very stout, light weight, looks great and the tie down points on the ends of the racks are a great feature. Nothing to not like ... well maybe the price lol.
I think it's a great ladder rack for step ladders and shorter extension ladders. I qwould support anything longer than a 16 footer. It was easy to put together and works really well for what I need and with my tonneau coover
Box came open at one end and slightly open at the other. I was nervous thinking that the hardware bag and two additional accessories that I ordered might be missing. Upon opening the box everything was there and well packaged. The only issue I had was one of the vertical supports that has two laser cut holes didn't have one of the holes completely cut. 3/4 of the cut was made. I punched a starter hole in the center and drilled it out and finished the install. Overall great rack for carting around the canoe or lumber longer than the pickup bed. One other thing. They need to debur the edges of the aluminum pieces otherwise they are very sharp.
Love this ladder rack...it works great with my tauneau cover, Iuse it to transport our Kayaks when we go camping and it is great to still be able to use my bed with the tauneau cover on to protect our gear in inclimate weather. I would absolutely buy it again. Thanks.
Super easy to install and looks great. Can't wait to get my boards up there!
I bought this ladder rack because I needed something that would attach to the stake pockets of my f-150 because I have a bed cover. Everything else I found had to hook around the side of the truck bed. Installation was easy. The only issue I had was the forward stake holes didn't have a removable cover. I had to cut a hole in each side.I use them to carry my kayaks when I go camping. They work great for that and carrying anything that won't fit in the bed.
Works great with the backflip hard cover.
Should have some predrilled hole to attach tie down straps.
I really like the aesthetics of the ladder rack and functionality. Its sturdy, durable and looks slick !
Package arrived on time I have been out of town for a few weeks so just put it together today
It fit perfectly I think it looks good will mount kayaks on it and see if it works
I am well pleased so far
The ladder rack is great. Fits over my tonneau cover. And carries everything I put up there.
I have had this rack for one year. So far, so good. It looks great, way better than other models I see around. Do not rust; sturdy enough. Works well with trunk cover. Installation is a bit tricky, but any handyman can do it alone in a couple of hours. Good purchase overall
Clean, sleek look. Easy to install!
Took a couple of hours to install. One on the few you can use with hard tri-fold bed cover. Going to add side bars for off-road tools.
After 90 minute install, it feels sturdy and looks great. Ford ranger 2025, no cutting or drilling required. I like the fact that it has some rubber strips on top, should work well for carrying a kayak. Will need to unscrew antenna if carrying something in middle over roof.
I love my Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - Matte Black - 500 lbs. I found it easy to install by myself—including cutting the deck plastic trim to expose my stake covers. Its black finish complements my truck. Best of all, it enables my BAK Industries tonneau cover, Revolver X2, to maintain is full functionality. My only recommendation would be to include more foam strips. They are intended to fill the gaps between the end of the grooves on the plastic trim to the end of the rail. There was enough for one strip of foam on each end rather than two (one on each side of the rail) on each end of the rails.
Packaged delivered in good shape. The rack was very well made. It was easy to install. Very sturdy and should hold up well. The Pro model worked with my Bak-flip Tonneau Cover. I would highly recommend this product. I have used etrailer for years and they always come thru.
I had delayed trying to get ladder racks because I wasn't sure whether it would work with my bed cover. I was able to locate the correct model online and verify my findings and order on the phone Rodney was helpful and friendly.
I have had the rack installed for about six weeks. After a few trips on everything from highways to gravel and dirt roads it has been very solid. We have a fly fishing rod case mounted on it and it's solid. I think there is a little wind noise but not much. Easy to install, lots of good paper instructions as well as videos on line. Next trip will have our canoe mounted on top.
I bought this rack believing installation did not require drilling. That may be true for installation on many vehicles, but does require drilling to install on a Jeep Gladiator. Special instructions that come with the rack are quite clear on this for both a Jeep Gladiator and a Toyota Tacoma up to 2023.
A 2nd issue came up while following the instructions. They call for torquing the self threading bold to 85 in/lbs. When I hit 60 in/lbs, the self threading bolts started stripping out the holes. I fixed this using 6 nuts to hold the self threading bolts from underneath. Tight clearances made this a tougher job than it should have been.
To anticipate questions, yes I was using a torque wrench calibrated in inch pounds and not foot pounds. Yes I used the proper drill size and did not wobble the holes larger. I believe that at least for Jeep Gladiator, the kit should include nuts for the hold down bolts. Can't comment on the Toyota Tacoma - but be prepared.
I will say that once installed, the rack looks to be a quality item and I am otherwise satisfied with it. If not for the unexpected installation hassles, I would rate the rack as 5 stars.
Overall good product, works with my trifold tonneau cover, I do wish it had some sort of cover for the stake pocket where the upright bolts in. I wish I came with additional channel nuts as well for bolting onto the crossbars
The rack is great
This rack is very solid and travels well.
I have had no problems but I should say I have used it lightly.
