I have a solution for you, but the Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack - Aluminum - 500 lbs - 68" Crossbars # Y01152-58 cannot be used with the Truxedo X15 roll-up tonneau cover. This is because the Yakima Outpost's mounting clamps will interfere with the way the Truxedo tonneau cover installs onto the bed rails.
For a ladder rack that will work with your tonneau cover, I would look at the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack. This rack installs onto the bed rails and does not interfere with any tonneau cover that mounts inside the truck bed rails, such as the Truxedo X15 solft roll-up. Use # A4000963 for 5-1/2' bed without, use # A24FR for 6-1/2' bed, and use # A96FR for 8' bed. I attached a demonstration video for you.
