I purchased this for my 2020 Lexus NX 300h along with a wiring kit and a traier hitch. I had the wiring and hitch equipment installed at a local auto shop, and I've been pleased with all the equipment. I purchase this product as an accessory and it works well. I was also pleased with the E-trailer order and delivery process. I would definitely order from E-trailer again!
Well made product. Easy to install except I had to remove the trailer electric connection to give the bolt enough room to go through on my '07 Explorer. Should do the trick, which is basically a deterrent. The price was excellent as well.

Arrived quickly. Rack mounted easily. Trying to use an alternate locking hitch pin did not work out well so I’ve changed it for the Thule brand locking pin

This hitch lock is a must have if you have an expensive bike rack. This gives a piece-of-mind and save you the hassles of installing and uninstalling the bike rack. It is very easy to install.
As usual Thule never disappoints
Well built and sturdy rack. It was east to assemble and slid right into the hitch. I didn't know about the extra bar for womans bike so it was a hassle getting my wife's bike on the rack. I will be purchasing the adapter bar.
etrailer helped with replacing a lost set of a Thule bike rack locking system. The kit saved money instead of ordering each part separately. This was helpfully pointed out by Stacey. Everything works perfectly. Amazing customer service considering how big etrailer is with thousands of orders going out.
This bike rack is now used with a very fine Curt receiver hitch for my Mercedes SLK320 also purchased from eTrailer.
Ordered the Draw-Tite 24763 for my 2015 Honda Civic Sedan, and was very satisfied at the speed and detail of not only the correspondence and email between etrailer.com but also the shipping speed and condition of packaging. I received this in six days from start to finish of order. I did not spring for faster shipping and was satisfied with this type of time frame considering the size and weight of packaging. I also got the Thule Hitching Post TH934XTR four bike rack and THSTL2 hitch lock anti-rattle device. I had planned ahead by watching all of the great videos on etrailer and printed out some instructions from the site. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised with their attention to detail that this was unnecessary as they included a copy of the same instructions I printed in the box. The install went exactly like the instructions/videos said it would and if I hadn't been interested in getting the beauty plastic underbody piece back on I could have been done in fifteen minutes with a lift and another set of hands. All in all a very easy kit to install, and thanks to etrailer for the speed, quality, and including all the necessary hardware and instructions. 5/5 would definitely do business with again and recommend.
This is a great product! I bought this product after I had my bikes stolen off my truck, while chained to the bike rack. The thieves simply undid the bolt and took it all. $300 rack, 4 bikes, and the chain. Gone. This product replaces the nut with a lock. It is easy to use and I feel secure knowing someone can’t just take it. The company was great. Quick shipping and answered all my questions.
I recently moved and lost all my locks, wrenches and other tools associated with my Thule T2 bike rack. I looked online and presto, E-Trailer had this kit in stock. Not a knockoff from some foreign country but the real thing with the Thule brand on it. It really saved me. Now I can put my bike rack back onto my car, secure it and haul my bikes to new locations. E-Trailer always has parts for my Thule T2. I have ordered parts before that are important for the bike rack to function properly. The ordering process was great and they shipped the parts fast and communicated when I could plan to receive them. I plan to acquire a fifth wheel trailer soon and will be ordering more accessories from E-Trailer.
Fits perfectly for the THULE Transporter (amongst other THULE products). Easy to install and love the fact that I was able to use the same core(s) from the cargo carrier to keep it simple with 1 key. E-trailer has been a life saver for our military move.

The Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device is all it was advertised as. It gives peace of mind that you don’t have to worry about your bike rack being stolen.
Well granted it's a Thule I wouldn't expect anything but superb fit and engineering. I love the anti-rattle, whish I had it when I first bought a hitch. Then I should also say something great about eTrailer. They are the definition of the best in customer service. I have ordered from them in the past, will continue in the future, and will always recommend them to everyone I know.
