The rack seems very strong and even though very heavy, since it is in two pieces it makes it manageable. I would give it 5 stars except for two things: for the trike portion, mine has smaller wheels and the rubber pad on the tie down straps are too wide fit completely on the rims because the spaces between the spokes are narrow. In order to fit, the pads put pressure on one of the spokes. Second, with no bikes loaded and the rack folded up, on two occasions I hit a bump in the road and the rack slammed down into the carry position. Seems like the pressure bolt system that holds it in place can be moved out of position releasing the rack by a bump.

Exactly what I expected. Very easy to assemble. Once assembled and all the bolts are tightened, you could see how rigid the bike rack is.

HOLLYWOOD E-TRIKE/E-BIKE RACK W/ ADAPTER KIT works great, but difficult to install. Especially for an 80+ SENIOR BIKER! IT TAKES 2-3 PEOPLE TO LOAD & UNLOAD E-BIKES.

Well made,definitely heavy duty. Found that install on vehicle is easier when done separated in two sections since overall weight is over 80 lbs.

I just received it a couple days ago and haven't had time to put it together. I won't be using it until spring when I go camping so really can't comment much on it now. The order was taken by phone and sent very quickly (3 Days). The boxes that is is pack in came undamaged and so far I am very happy. Just need to get it put together and mounted to give it a real test.

Very disappointed!! The built in nuts inside the rails turn along with the bolt when you try to tighten them down making it impossible to tighten down bolt
