Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the CargoSmart Dual Arm Tool Hook. It's going to be for your E-Track or your X-Track mount up anywhere that you see fit and give you these dual arms to hang up long-handled items like brooms, rakes, shovels, or any other variety of things. Let's check it out. Now, the benefit of using an E-track hook like this is obviously how quickly and easily you can move it around.
(hook latches) You've got that trigger latch up top that will open up the release, allows to mount it up (hook latches and rattles) nice and secure, or remove it and maybe move it somewhere else (hook latches) just as easily. As far as your usable space goes, between the arms it's going to be four inches and as far as how deep it goes it's going to be three inches of usable space front to back. The arms here are rubber coated, so anything we're putting in here is gonna have that layer of protection so it's not touching bare metal. I will say that the very back of it though is just that metal material so you don't have that same sort of padding right there. If anything's resting against the back, then you're gonna have metal contact.
Bundles of cord could also fit on here really well, and you've still got plenty of room on the other side where you could put another bundle of cord if you wanted to save space. Just whatever you put up here, keep in mind that it does have a 200 pound capacity, which I think is more than enough for most applications. When you're going to pick this out though, there's plenty of other styles of hook as well. CargoSmart makes a J-hook, a long ladder hook, so the styles and opportunities to customize it to whatever you're gonna be carrying is really endless. It just depends on what you need it for.
And that's really all there is to it. I think something like this (hook latches) is a really great addition to any trailer or garage. I'm thinking about picking up a couple of these for my garage at home as well, because it gets things up and off the floor, mounted on the wall in a nice sturdy way. You can adjust it as needed, so if you ever get more tools and need to move things around and rearrange, you can do that, and it's really simple to do. It's not anything permanent that we have to mount up and worry about having to move later on.
Whatever hook you end up going with, I think it's gonna be a great way to control your cargo. Thanks for watching.
