  I do have some weld-on options for you as I unfortunately do not have any custom fit bolt on options and I cannot look at the detailed specs for your 2022 Tiffin Allegro Bus 45 OPP Motorhome. We have 2 sets of the Curt Class 5 receivers with either a 44" or 62" wide receiver tube which are all rated for up to 20,000lbs trailer weight and 2,000lbs tongue weight.   The closest I'm able to find is the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets # C59CR which has a max GTW of 20,000 lbs and a max tongue weight capacity of 2,000 lbs. We do have hitches rated for 30,000 lbs when used with a weight distribution system, however those are for regular trucks and won't work with your semi truck. If you are interested in this hitch, the only caveat is that the frame this attaches to must be no less than 18" and no more than 62" wide.

  In my experience a truck like your 2018 Isuzu NPR will either have a lift gate or a receiver. This is because the lift gate has to go up and down on the frame and is typically folded where the receiver will sit. Depending on how everything is mounted and the length of your chassis you may be able to still use a receiver like the Curt # C59CR with an Extension # C45048. You would have to mount the receiver in front of the lift gate and then insert and remove the extension when needed.
