Option For Heavy-Duty Hitch on Gulfstream Yellowstone
Question:
I have a Gulfstream Yellowstone 39 Class A diesel pusher and I need a class IV or V 2 hitch for this rig. What do you recommend? It has a Reese P/N 38535 V-5 Hitch on it now which does not come far enough aft. Recommendations?

There are no custom fit options for a hitch on your Gulfstream (I was unable to find any reference to a Reese 38535), but there are a couple of options for heavy-duty hitches you may be able to use, which are weld-on options.
- Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets # C97CR
- Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets # C59CR
Both have a 20,000 lb towing capacity and 2,000 lb tongue weight capacity and will weld onto frames between 18" and 62" wide. The difference is the # C97CR has 9-1/2" tall brackets and # C59CR has 18-1/4" brackets, so you can choose the one that gives you the right drop. Neither will stick out though and there isn't an option for a hitch that extends out.
