Hello, Is there a trailer hitch receiver for an Isuzu NPR EFI that would work with either a Maxon TE-25L Tuk-A-Way lift gate or a Waltco WEM-AP25 lift gate? Thank you

In my experience a truck like your 2018 Isuzu NPR will either have a lift gate or a receiver. This is because the lift gate has to go up and down on the frame and is typically folded where the receiver will sit. Depending on how everything is mounted and the length of your chassis you may be able to still use a receiver like the Curt # C59CR with an Extension # C45048. You would have to mount the receiver in front of the lift gate and then insert and remove the extension when needed.
