I'd give ya 5 stars except I just recieved it. But I can tell you that your ordering system worked perfectly.
I've only had to use it a couple of times but has worked as I had hoped it would. It was fairly easy to install as well.
This hitch is well built but was a real pain to put on and took a lot longer than I expected. It also hangs down a lot more than I would like. It scrapes the pavement on moderately steep driveways and deep holes or big bumps even without a load.
Fast shipping, great product
I have yet to install it looks good was shipped fast the box showed up pretty banged up but doesn't appear that the product was damaged can't wait to get it installed and put it to use pulling my boat and going fishing

Everything worked flawlessly!! No missing parts. All holes lined up perfectly…. it did take me a while to run the wire from the battery to the back bumper but that’s cause I’m big and ugly!!
Found the part easy on the website placed the order and was shipped quickly as usual
Installation was tougher than I imagined. That is on me. Maybe directions could have been better

Pretty standard install, I did remove rear wheels and fender liners for better access.
All in all, as advertised.

Seems fine. Hangs a bit low but that’s the cars bumper issue of a Renegade. Not the hitch.
The hitch is just what I expected, good quality, great look can't wait to install.
Great product and service. All my jeeps (9 in total) have their trailer hitch. One pulls a 1981 Military Jeep trailer and works great!!!!!
The hitch was not as easy to install as it was advertised. I had to use a 24" crescent wrench with a pipe to b end the flanges so they would fit over the frame rails, plus it hangs lower than I would like, I even scraped bottom once pulling into a driveway with NO trailer. I should have paid the extra $ and had a factory one installed
The part did not fit as mentioned in the video!
The spacing between hitch brackets and frame of my 2017 Jeep Renegade Sport were line on line, there were no gaps on either side. However, I was able to install the 6 bolts with no problems
I had to take my car to a local shop, the mechanic had to drop the exhaust system down (which the video did NOT mention that on my car model) and it took them 1.5 hours to install it.
It cost me $[XX] (just labor) just to install the hitch.
BTW, the shop did not recommend towing trailers with this product, however, they said it will be fine for bike racks.
I do not recommend this product.
Hitch itself works great. Install was easy following the video. The only issue is that with the stock Jeep Renegade, the hitch rides low- which was advised during the video. This is the third hitch I have bought and installed from e trailer and I will always come back
Great product I wish it was a smaller profile so it wouldn't sit so low but it does a great good for hauling my hunting e-bike
Works perfect. Went on exactly as the video shows. Looks great. I don't care about the loss of rear departure angle as I do not off road. If you off road consider something tighter to the rear bumper. It does what I need and looks great to me.
So far excellent, everything arrived early and in great condition, I started with electrical because I am adding a 12 volt remote for a 110 inverter in addition to trailer hook up
Quality product and convenient installation kit.
Excellent item well made but very difficult to install if your not handy. . You will definitely need 2 people to install. Make sure you have extra clips for the side covers they will break off. They're made of cheap plastic are brittle. Also keep in mind of muffler when installing it together. Drop down but don't forget to lift hitch up and over or else it won't fit. But live the way it came out.
Works good pretty low to the ground but works for towing my little boat
