Recommended Trailer Hitch with Best Ground Clearance for 2022 Jeep Renegade

Question:
Looking for a Class 3 hitch for a 2022 Jeep Renegade Latitude. Which hitch has the greatest ground clearance after it is installed? Also, is the thru the bumper still not verified to fit the 2022 Renegade? Thanks

The class III trailer hitch options we offer for a 2022 Jeep Renegade all have about the same ground clearance. I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e37AR which has a matte finish so it will blend in better with the underbody paneling on the vehicle. The hitch does hang down below the bumper a few inches but the hitch itself would not cause many ground clearance issues, only on really steep driveways would it ever have the potential to make contact. That said, you will want to be careful with your hitch mounted accessories but that is the case for a lot of vehicles like this which sit lower to the ground.
The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver is only confirmed up to a 2020 currently unfortunately.
