Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e37AR is a confirmed fit for your 2021 Jeep Renegade.

If you plan on towing with your Renegade then you also need the T-One Wiring # 118651 and a ball mount kit like the etrailer Kit # EBMK4. The T-One wiring tees in behind the taillights on your vehicle and the ball mount kit comes with everything you need to complete your towing setup as well as a handy storage back to keep the ball mount, pin and clip, and hitch ball together.
