I am in need of a hitch for a 2023 Kia Carnival. I will be pulling a small jet ski trailer and also a bike rack. I will need a hitch with a 2" receiver because I do not wish to replace my bike rack.

To add a 2" hitch to your 2023 Kia Carnival, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C67ER. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Kia with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver so it will be compatible with your current bike rack.
Since you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness and a ball mount kit item # C45534. There are two options for wiring harnesses depending on whether or not your Carnival has the factory towing package. I have listed them both below:
With Factory Tow Package - Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # CU94FR
Without Factory Tow Package - Upgraded Heavy Duty ModuLite Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness item # 119250KIT.
