The stealth hitch with towing package has been a rock solid product that is well made and seamlessly integrated into my Audi A5. I had a professional install it and they did a good job. No computer reprogramming was needed for the light system.
They noted it was more difficult than they were expecting and took closer to 3-4 hours so certainly DIY-able with the right tools, but expect it will take a bit of time. Make sure you cut a big enough opening in the bottom of the bumper as the access to the latch key, release, and electrical will all be done through that hole you cut as the hitch sits so far up and hidden.
