Yes, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDA5S518 is the correct receiver for your 2019 Audi A5 Sportback Prestige. I have linked a video below of the installation done on a 2018 S5 Sportback which is very similar to your A5.
If you are planning on doing any trailer towing you will need the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # 391AUDA5S518T that includes their ball mount and wiring for installation on your A5.
If you will only need your receiver for bike racks or cargo carries a Curt Powered Tail Light Converter Kit # C56190KIT will give you a 4-way connector for using Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if your hitch mounted accessory blocks the view of your taillights on your A5.
