Do you guys have a hidden hitch that fits my 2023 Audi S5? It's for my bike rack.

Yes we do. For your 2023 Audi S5 we do have hidden hitches that are a fit from Stealth. For that you would want the part # 391AUDA5S518. Or if you planned on ever doing some towing you'd want the # 391AUDA5S518T which comes with a ball mount attachment and trailer wiring.
