This is an excellent rack for the Kia EV6. Very well built and comes with clear instructions. On the eTrailer.com website for this hitch you can also watch a helpful installation video and download instructions in color if needed. Some cutting is required of a bottom facia panel and the bottom edge of the bumper. Instructions give clear details and diagrams for the cuts. Easy to install with a helper or a transmission/atv jack. I welded a 4 pin wiring bracket (18144) to the top of the hitch before installing it (please excuse the poor welds in the pictures). That bracket can also be strap mounted. I also used a Kia OEM wiring harness kit (CVF67 AC000) I found on eBay. I highly recommend using the factory wiring harness kit.
Perfect fit on my EV6. I was concerned about being able to hold the hitch up by myself while trying to align the bolts, but with a little creativity it wasn't a problem. If you're installing solo, I recommend having something to set one end on to make the process a little less awkward. Bolt the passenger side on first to make sure you don't accidentally damage the wiring harness, which fits snugly on that side. Having both a long and short 19mm socket will ensure you are able to clear the wiring and properly torque the bolts.
Works as expected, but really wish the receiver was another 1-2 inches higher for better ground clearance; there's enough gap to the plastic panelling under the bumper. My bike rack has scraped a few times on sharp driveway approaches.

Ordering was super easy. Shipping quick. A friendly representative kept me up to date on my order through the entire process.
The 3” wide cutout on the bumper needs to be 3.5”. I had make additional cuts to get hitch to fit. Packaging was terrible. Box had numerous holes and one flange of the hitch was protruding out of the box. Some of the problem could be attributed to poor handling by UPS. Other than that the hitch fit well and looks to be of good quality. If not for the package damage I would have giving five stars.
Very disappointed the hitch was delivered in a box that was twice as big as the trailer hitch. The hitch had broken through the box in many places. The only reason the hardware did not fall out of the box was because it was wrapped around the hitch in a bag. I ordered this from etrailer because i have done business with you before and the item came very well boxed. I saw this same trailer hitch for less money but the reviews said it was not boxed and when they got it the hardware was missing. Again I bought it from you because i knew it would be boxed in a box that was made for that hitch.
A few cents of plastic wrap would have saved $11 of rustoleum and an hours worth of sanding and prep, every part of the hitch that poked through the cardboard box had the very thin and brittle (1 coat?) Black finish rubbed off and even in the areas where the paint survived there were bubbles and zits. Postives were good welds grade 10 bolts and excellent instructions even down to torque specs. Took longer to correct paint than to install. Made in Mexico and not China is a plus. Overall would buy again but better paint (or powdercoat) and packaging would have justified the premium price.

The hitch itself is great! But it was beyond my ability to install myself, and even the mechanic at the place I took it said it was a complicated install.
The hitch came on time as promised, and the video from the website was informative so I could tackle the job myself (with help to lift/hold while installing).

This is a heavy duty hitch and should hold alot. I did have a heck of a time getting all 6 bolts in my Kia EV6 but won in the end. Good product fast delivery.

great, easy install since everything lined up. hitches on the EV6 are going to be low so it does hit things like curbs occasionally.
