The receiver hitch was a great fit for my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Nline series other than the tailpipe will be rubbing on it since it is resting on it very tight.
The Fit was Perfect and Nothing Bent,
Delivered with Box Damaged and some Paint Chips on the Hitch, Had to Spray Paint the Damage, Not my First Hitch from etrailer and Won't be the Last.

This review is on packaging only- I will review the item and install later. As other reviews say, the packaging needs much improvement. My hitch came through the box in several places and now areas have bare metal because the paint was removed
The trailer hitch receiver for our 2023 Kia Sportage fit absolutely perfect. It required no alterations or modifications; it was a direct bolt up.

Can hardly believe it’s a year already since I installed this hitch. It has been working perfectly and well without a hitch! Seriously excellent.
I ordered this hitch for use with a bike rack, so I can't say anything about how well it would tow a trailer. For my purposes, it works great. It arrived quickly, looks attractive (for a hitch), and was easy to install. A year later, it still looks new. I installed it on a 2024 Kia Sportage, and it is nearly invisible.
Good product, good price, good selection, fast delivery. And good, clear instructions via video on installation. I was able to install this by myself in about 40 minutes.
I think this is the fourth or fifth trailer hitch I’ve purchased from etrailer.com over the years. And the above reasons are why…
Good solid hitch. Fit to on-vehicle mounting holes was good. Had to discard a rear cover under my Tucson, which is the recommendation even in the Hyundai mount instructions. However, if the cross bar were dropped or moved rearward by 1/4 inch it would fit with no change - should be revised to get 5 stars.
No problem installing hitch. Fits perfect. Have not used it yet. Bought for my E-bike rack.
Was going to purchase Curt hitches. Decided on Draw-Tite. Slightly different design.
Great product. Mounting required assistance from my jack stands. Once I positioned them to the correct height, installing the hitch was easy. I couldn't believe I only needed 2 screws to mount to the vehicle. Also, thank you for the fast shipping.

It was a fairly easy install. I used jack stands to hold it up while attaching it, and was able to do it all on my own.
The trailer hitch came on time and my mechanic said that it was easy to install. No issues at all. I would order from etrailer again without hestitation.
While I do not tow a trailer, I have a bike rack that attaches to this hitch receiver. We needed to transport two bikes to Florida last February and this hitch for our new 2023 Kia Sportage worked perfectly. We are very pleased with the purchase.
The hitch arrived on time but the box was damaged and hitch was sticking out one end. Suffered a little road rash. Hitch was well made and fit well, very easy to install.
Easy install, didn’t need to take off plastic parts as indicated in install video. Did it on ground in front of my house in 20 minutes
It is easy and fits a 2023 Kia Sportage hybrid perfectly. It was installed in 15-20 minutes.

Great and easy to install.
The trailor hitch was easy to install and very well made.
Everything was exactly like the diagram showed.The trailer hitch
fit perfectly. I had no trouble installing it.
Relatively easy to install. Best with two people. Had to remove a piece from my Tucson as in instructions.
Has been a good receiver. No issues or problems. Holding up well. Also reasonably priced.
Excellent product. Built heavy duty. Fit was excellent and easy to install. Communication or order status was great!

Hey Jeff! I attached an article that goes over relocating the exhaust to create more space between it and the hitch. Hopefully that will solve this issue! Let me know how it goes
