The Fit was Perfect and Nothing Bent,
Delivered with Box Damaged and some Paint Chips on the Hitch, Had to Spray Paint the Damage, Not my First Hitch from etrailer and Won't be the Last.
Easy installation. Box was a little beat up by carrier which knocked some paint off on some hidden edges. I touched up areas with spray paint. I'm using for cargo carrier & bike rack. Had to purchase a 10in extender for cargo carrier clearance from rear of car. Instructions call for removal of center under panel. After installing, looks like I could have left in place? Good sturdy hitch and well hidden underneath.
The receiver hitch was a great fit for my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Nline series other than the tailpipe will be rubbing on it since it is resting on it very tight.

Hey Jeff! I attached an article that goes over relocating the exhaust to create more space between it and the hitch. Hopefully that will solve this issue! Let me know how it goes

This is the second or third hitch that I have bought from etrailer and they have all been quality products with straight forward installation. This one was for a 2026 KIA Sportage and your installation video was a tremendous help. I am a few weeks short of 80 and I installed this by myself with no lift. The hardest part was getting enough blocks under the hitch so I could get that first bolt started - after that it was easy.
I received the product in a box that had multiple holes in it. There was no packaging or protection for the hitch. The hitch has multiple paint dings (probably from packaging mishap), where the metal is exposed. I'm concerned about rusting.

Touching up paint with something like Rustoleum will help prevent rust. But before you do that, let me look into this for you!
Maybe 5 stars. I have a 2025 Kia Sportage Hybrid. The issue is that to get the last bolt threaded (rear-most passenger side) I had to place a floor jack under the end of the hitch and jack the car up to get enough force on the hitch to expose the threads on the car's beam enough to thread the bolt in. The other 5 bolts went in easily just by lifting the hitch into place by hand. Just that last one was almost out of spec.
Also, I had to repaint several corners where the paint got chipped in shipping. As you see in other customers' photos, the hitch broke through the cardboard box at both ends leading to the chipped paint.
On the plus side, you can install this hitch without removing the long splash guard. AND, this thing is the sturdiest and best constructed hitch of all. It's my second Draw-Tite and I've been completely satisfied with the first one, so I expect nothing less from this one.
My Hollywood bike rack folds up with plenty of clearance from the tailgate.
It's a perfect fit! I was able to cut the plastic cover under the KIA Sportage in a way that only the hitch sticks out. Simple tools, plus a torque wrench and metal scissors was all I used. Also a fair price, recommended!

Look and works perfect!
Fit pretty well. A little play between frame and side flanges, but drew in with bolts. Easy install except my biggest issue was the factory weld nuts on car frame. Nothing to do with the tow bar of course. I didn’t know it was possible for them to corrode that quickly on a car just one year old. Chalk that one up to junk steel and PA winter road chemicals I guess. Spent hours cleaning and tapping, but went smooth and quick after that.
The trailer hitch receiver for our 2023 Kia Sportage fit absolutely perfect. It required no alterations or modifications; it was a direct bolt up.

Can hardly believe it’s a year already since I installed this hitch. It has been working perfectly and well without a hitch! Seriously excellent.
I had issues with getting the correct one and it was my fault due to information issues but the guys got me through it in flying colors...thanks

Install looks great, Luis. What kind of towing plans do you have?
Bolted right up to our 2026 KIA Sportage SX Prestige hybrid. I chose to leave the tear plastic that attached to the bottom of the bumper. It's about a 1/8" interference with the plastic. I used a heat gun to make the plastic pliable and conform. Using a floor jack made the install simple.
Perfect fit, easy installation, took less than 30 minutes, nice hitch
It was very easy to install and nice product.
I only wish that you would come through on your comment on your installation video that the items paperwork will have the torque specs on it. Well, it didn’t and I just hope that my manual torque will be enough.
This was the easiest hitch install I've ever done. Great hitch, easily installation - who could ask for more?

Super easy to install - no need to put car on lift or ramps - installed without assistance in about 30 minutes.
I ordered this hitch for use with a bike rack, so I can't say anything about how well it would tow a trailer. For my purposes, it works great. It arrived quickly, looks attractive (for a hitch), and was easy to install. A year later, it still looks new. I installed it on a 2024 Kia Sportage, and it is nearly invisible.
I have not installed it yet but the shipping was really fast can’t wait to install it this weekend
Had it installed on Kia Sportage hybrid. They did have to remove one of the plastic panels below to make it fit. Works fine for my bike rack.
The hitch has performed as expected, no issues easy to install never had a complaint on any of the hitches I've brought from Etrailer. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hitch or accessories
Other than scratches product fits very good. Manufacturer should put covers on corners when packing to prevent scratches
It took longer to remove the plastic guard than it did to install the bar. Thanks to etrailer for posting installation videos.
