I checked with my contact at Draw-Tite to confirm correct fits for a Class III 2-inch hitch for your 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. You can use part # 75838 which offers a 600-lb tongue weight rating and a 6,000-lb gross trailer weight capacity.
This hitch bolts on using included hardware and requires no drilling. Written instructions and an install video are linked for you.
If you plan to tow you'll need a wiring harness # 118605 and a mounting bracket # 18144. You will also need a ball mount and hitch ball. You can use ball mount # 2923 and hitch ball # 63845 for a 2-inch size or # 19260 for a 1-7/8-inch ball.
