Hello Percy, thanks for getting in touch. The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31077 will not fit the 2021 Nissan Titan 4x4, because the manufacturers fitment guide specifies that it won't. I know this is not the most helpful answer ever, but according to Curt, the # C31077 hitch will only fit the following vehicles:
2016 - 2021 Nissan NV 1500
2016 - 2021 Nissan NV 2500
2016 - 2021 Nissan NV 3500
2016 - 2021 Nissan Titan XD
At this time there is no custom fit front hitch for the 2021 Nissan Titan 4x4. The only option would be to take a universal hitch like the Weld-On Receiver # E-9 to a welder and have them fabricate something for you.

Hey Percy, were you able to move forward with the universal weld-on hitch option for your Titan 4x4? Knowing how that worked out could help others trying to add a front receiver to the same truck.
