Installed myself, managed to get it hooked up without removing the rubber exhaust mount. Would be easier with a second person but can be done solo.

Packaging was damaged in shipping. Items are great though and the instructions are clear, simple, and complete.
This is a good trailer. Easy to hook up and good customer service. We have used it mostly to haul a bike rack but have used it for a uhaul trailer and it went fine the full 400 miles. If your car is old like mine, you'll have to clean the holes out in your car well for the screws to fit.

Great product easy to put on about 20 m inutes
This fit on my 2005 KIA Sorento perfectly. I lowered the spare down and had plenty of room to work. The stock KIA exhaust did need some spacers on the factory hangers so it does not touch the hitch. That was all explained in the etrailer videos. I am so happy with the product and the support. Right after it arrived I received an email with a link to instructions. Very helpful!

would have been easier to install if the connecting bolts were a little longer, at least the length of the thickness of the locking washers. I had to put it up w/o the washers to bend the metal connecting plates, then take off each bolt install the washer and put them back on. this increased the install time to over two hours. still not bad considering i did it all by my self..... LONGER BOLTS NEEDED.
This is very easy to install. I did it all by myself in less than hour. Even the electrical hookup was a snap. I'll be pulling a small trailer for my riding lawn mower and tools
very easy to install as long as someone holds the other end of hitch.I used a jack to hold up other end and installed hitch and wireing in less than 30 min.Etrailer sent item quick and I am completely happy with this company and products.
Receiver and wiring harness installed exactly as indicated. Installation videos were very helpful. Only issue was bolts with conical washers would not quite reach frame of car. Had to intall w/o washers to spread plates and then one by one take out bolts, add washers and re-install bolt. This took extra time but final install looks great.
This hitch was a snap to put on. I just backed my truck on my ramps and lowered the spare tire. Let the front of the hitch rest on the tire while I lifted the back of it to put in the bolts on each side. Raised the hitch and put the other bolts in and.....Ta Da, I was done. I think it make our truck look tougher. Pulling trailers is so awesome. We always mention to our friends where we ordered ours. We are Very, Very satisfied with our etrailer hitch.
Perfect fit. Took maybe 45 minutes to install the hitch and wire harness. My only suggestion is that it's pretty important to clean the threads thoroughly. I used a thread tap and some machine oil and the mounting bolts went in and torqued with no problems.
Great fit!! Extremely fast delivery as well! I’m so glad I ordered from e trailer!! My son can now pull trailers without having to take my vehicle! Only wish I’d bought it sooner.
Hitch fit with no problem, used a couple of Jack stands to hold up, lined up holes, screwed in bolts, tighten with ratchet wench, did not even have to adjust muffler. Put on in less then 20 minutes.
Item came to me in a timely fashion and was exactly what I expected. The video instructions made installation so easy that I could do it.
Product was just as described, installation would have been quicker if I had followed the video installation advice and cleaned the frame nuts prior to putting 3 out of the 4 bolts on. I also purchased the wiring harness, and it was a 5 minute install. Clean look, trailering the boat felt comfortable and solid. Delivery was quick, tracking easy. If I ever need another hitch, etrailer will be my first stop.

JD, Thank you for your review. It sounds like you may have a flexed hitch issue. Hitches are designed to be somewhat pliable because of this the mounting brackets may flex during shipping. It may seem like the bolt holes will not line up with the weld nuts in your frame. The good news is, a flexed hitch is fixable. I have attached a link on ways to flex the hitch back into place.
