I have a solution for you, but the Curt Round Tube Hitch Receiver # C13513 , which fits on the 2005 Sorento is not designed to fit on the 2012 Kia Sorento. The correct hitch for the 2012 Kia Sorento is the Curt # C13073 .

If you need to add a wiring harness, just let me know what trim package and engine you have on your 2012 and whether or not it is equipped with a factory tow package and I can recommend the appropriate wiring kit for your vehicle- there are a lot of different options to choose from depending on how your vehicle is configured so I've also attached the link to that page for you to check out as well.
