Yes, the Curt # C11307 will fit your 2013 Cadillac CTS Luxury Sedan. The hitch features a bolt-on installation and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
If you plan on towing, you can use the # C56044 for wiring. This will give you a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights. For a ball mount, check out the # 3594 along with the # C40001 for a 1-7/8" or # 19258 for a 2" ball.
