Features to know about

Starts Smooth on Freezing Mornings

When temps plunge, thick oil and sluggish hydraulic fluid make your engine crank slow and drain your starter. This silicone pad heater keeps fluids warm and free-flowing so your equipment fires up right away instead of fighting the cold.

Keeps Parts Protected From Wear

Cold starts often mean metal scraping dry until oil can circulate. By pre-warming your fluids, the heater cuts down that friction and helps your engine, pump, or transmission last longer. It's simple insurance against costly repairs down the road.

Weatherproof and Ready to Plug In

Rain, slush, and road spray won't stop this heater. The silicone pad repels moisture, sticks tight to clean metal, and delivers steady heat season after season. Just plug the 6' cord into a standard 120V outlet and you're ready for reliable starts all winter long.

Video Transcript for Review of Zerostart Oil Pan Heater - Silicone Pad Heater - ZE85MR

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at the Zerostart Silicone Pad Heater. Now, you know the feeling. It's freezing outside, you turn the key and the engine just groans in protest. This little silicone pad is going to be the fix for that. You're just going to stick this on, plug it in and it's gonna quietly keep your fluids warm so your engine starts up smooth so no more cold morning battles.

When the temperature drops, oil thickens and fluids slow down, making your engine work harder. This pad is going to gently warm them up so everything flows freely and starts up with ease even on the coldest mornings. As you probably know, cold starts can be tough on your engine and other components, scraping and grinding until the oil circulates. So by preheating your fluids, this pad's gonna help prevent wear and tear, saving you from expensive repairs later on. Snow, slush and rain are not going to bother this.

This durable silicone pad is going to seal out moisture and it's going to stick on securely to smooth metal surfaces. You're just going to plug the six foot cord into a standard 120 volt outlet and then it's going to keep steady heat all winter long. So don't let the size fool you. As you can see here, retrieving my ruler, the overall length is six inches and then the width here is about an inch and a half or so. So even though it's small and compact, this packs 125 watts of heating power.

So this is gonna be perfect for oil pans that are from three to six quartz or hydraulic or transmission systems up to seven gallons. So again, this is gonna be your standard three prong plug here. It's gonna come with everything that you see here. You're gonna get a silicone sealant. It looks like it's black, black blue according to the tube there.

You're gonna get some cable ties and then this is going to help make sure that you smooth that on evenly and consistently. So everything that you see here, and it should be a very simple installation, but if you happen to have any other additional questions that I didn't cover for you during our time together, don't hesitate to reach out to us 'cause we do wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you want and need. I did want to mention, I failed to mention the thermostat range. So this is going to work from 100, the thermostat's gonna be from 170 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Well, again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.

I tested out the Zerostart Silicone Pad Heater, and I like how simple but effective it is. I was really impressed that it has a built-in thermostat that’s an important feature because it keeps the pad from overheating and helps protect the oil or fluid it’s warming. It also saves energy by cycling on and off as needed, which means you can leave it plugged in without worrying. The silicone material feels tough and made to last, even in harsh conditions. Overall, it’s a well-designed heater that’s tested to fit and built to perform when the temps drop.
