The EcoHitch Invisi Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7906 is the front mount trailer hitch I recommend for a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 because it is made in the USA and it installs inside the bumper so it won't hang down below reducing clearance.
