Required Trimming for EcoHitch Front Hitch On 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500

I have a 2018 Silverado 3500hd High Country dually. Ive seen an installation video from your site stalling a hitch on a truck identical to mine that involves modification to the front of the truck. Does this particularly hitch require the same modification to the front of the truck for installation, or no modification at all?

Expert Reply:
The EcoHitch Invisi Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7906 does require trimming of the front bumper fascia for installation but it's hidden behind the license plate when not in use. I have attached a photo below of said trimming. If you aren't looking to do any trimming then the best option is the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31071.
