Delivery was amazing. Ordered on Monday and had the products on Wednesday. I am 71 and a retired desk jockey but was able to install the hitch and wiring harness on my 2016 Explorer in less than 3 hours including my coffee breaks. I used a small hydraulic jack to lower my exhaust onto a car support and then used the same hydraulic jack to lift my hitch while I bolted it up. The install would have gone faster with 2 people but there were no problems doing the installation by myself other than using more time.

My only suggestion would be for you to offer a completed package for the hitch and wiring harness installation. I searched your reviews and was able to get everything I needed including the extra long zip ties but after the installation was complete I realized that I forgot to order the tester. But everything worked great when I hooked the trailer up.

Great product, great price, great delivery and easy installation. Why pay UHaul $400 plus or Ford $600 plus for the same parts and installation ? You can do it !

  • Parts Needed To Install The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System On A 2019 Ram 3500
The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000EZ comes with an EZ-Mount that will allow you to mount the compressor to the frame of your 2019 Ram 3500 without drilling into it. You'll just want to pick up some zip-ties # DW05727-10 to help secure your lines out of the way and some heat shrink butt connectors # DW05745-10 for a waterproof connection for your electrical wiring. If you decide to wire the compressor to fuse activated by the keyed ignition circuit...

  • Does the Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier # M2205-01-02 Come with License Plate Kit
The Carpod Walled, Folding Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - w/ Lid, Bag, Rise Shank - 450 lbs # M2205-01-02 does not come with a kit, but if this carrier blocks your plates, you could easily put a license plate on the carrier with some standard zip ties like part # DW05727-10.

  • Recommended Auxiliary Light Kit For a Kuat Bike Rack
As there is not a specific light kit that is custom fit for a Kuat Bike Rack like # BA22B, I recommend using the Curt Auxiliary Lights # C53201. This LED light is very small and lightweight so that you will be able to easily attach it to the rack with double sided tape and/or Cable Ties # DW05727-10. You can also use the cables ties to route the 4-way wiring along the rack to prevent it from dragging or getting caught up in the bikes as you are loading and unloading your bikes.

  • Where and How to Install Valterra 25-Foot Self Regulating Heating Element W01-1573
The Valterra 25-Foot Self Regulating Heating Element # W01-1573 and other lengths like 50-foot # W01-1574 and 15-foot # W01-1572 are intended to be installed on the exterior of plastic or metal water pipes, drain pipes and holding tanks. They typically attach to pipes using fiberglass tape or plastic zip-ties like # DW05727-10. These are not to be used with extension cords.

  • Does ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank Heater Pad Need to be Connected Directly to 12V Battery
The ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank Heater Pad # 277-000164 that you referenced needs to be wired to 12V power source for operation. This doesn't necessarily have to be a direct battery connection, but just keep in mind the pad will only work when the particular power source you choose is actually on. You can even use something like the Hopkins Wiring Extension # HM47965 to provide an easy connection you can plug/unplug in a pinch. If you mainly run off AC power it can still be used but you...

  • Testing Trailer Brake Circuit and Replacing Brake Output Wire on 2013 Ford F-350
Since your issue with the trailer brake circuit began with a big bump I would first check the wiring at the 7-way. That bump may have been a pothole but it could also have been a bit of road debris that may have damaged that wire. Essentially you'll want to inspect the truck wiring from the 7-way socket, forward as far as you can trace it. Look for damage to the insulation, cracks or worn spots. Look for points where the brake wire may be touching suspension components or any sharp edges...

  • How to Clean Up the Excess Wire When Installing the LED Trailer Tail Light
In the video for the LED Trailer Tail Light # STL56RB the presenter states that they "would take some time to clean up the wires". Essentially they are just talking about getting the wires pulled up together and secured so they are not hanging down loose. There is not a set way to do this, it is going to depend on your individual situation. Depending on your trailer set-up you may have more or less wire hanging loose. You could simply take a couple zip ties (cable ties) like the Deka...

  • Comparing the Different Firestone Ride-Rite Air Springs Kits F2525 and F2582
The correct kit for your 2013 Ford F-150 is the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2525. These kits are custom-fit for your truck and the main area of customization is the frame bracket. The bracket that mounts to the inside of your frame is shaped to fit around it and has custom-fit holes. That's what gives this kit its "no-drill" install. The frame bracket on the # F2525 has slightly larger edges and a little tab that is angled around your frame. The other frame brackets # F2582...

  • Recommendations For Preventing Coiled Safety Cables From Dragging With Blue Ox Tow Bars
I do not recommend wrapping the Blue Ox 7' Safety Cables # BX88196 around your tow bar. This could cause any breakaway cable used with a supplemental braking system to not activate in the event of a breakaway. Instead the simplest fix to try and prevent this from occurring again in the future is by using Cable Ties # DW05727-10. This will allow you to tie up the cables where they sag between your motorhome and the front of your Mini Cooper. These have a break strength of 50lbs so they are...

  • Installation of Hopkins 5th Wheel Wiring Harness and Hopkins Backup Camera Simultaneously
With the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # HM40157 connected to your 1999 Ford F-250, you can still run the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System # HM50002 without additional splicing. You will not need to remove one to connect the other. They can be connected at the same time. I do recommend using dielectric grease # 11755 to ensure you have the best possible connection. When we install parts like this together we...

  • How Difficult Is It to Install Air Lift Springs by Yourself?
For your 2019 Chevrolet Express Van 3500, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs with part number # AL57205 is the fit for your vehicle. As for installation process, it depends. Here at etrailer, we have lifts, torque wrenches # ALL644044, and drills and it takes us about 2-3 hours. The average install time for those installing it in their own garage is around 4 hours. For your Express Van, it's not too difficult, although there is some drilling involved. I attached the install...

  • Correct AirLift Air Springs for 2021 F350 4x4
I checked with AirLift and confirmed that the part you are looking for is Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL35FJ. This will fit on your 2021 Ford F-350 Super Duty with a four wheel drive and single rear wheel. It matches the part number 88352 from Air Lift. The # AL26KV you were looking at is a fit for the dual wheel version of your truck. The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ you mentioned is an awesome system to pair with this!...
