Hey Denise, thanks for the information. The Adco SFS AquaShed Trailer Cover for Bumper Pull Horse Trailers up to 12' Long item # 290-46002 is going to be the best option for your 12' long Eclipse horse trailer with a V-nose. The cover measures 12' long x 8' 10" wide x 7' 10" tall and is designed for 10'1" - 12' long horse trailer's with a rounded nose. The extra material will definitely accommodate the V-nose but not leave an excessive amount of extra material.
The AquaShed item # 290-46002 has integrated straps on the front and back, so you will be able to get a snug fit all the way around the trailer. It also has zippered panels on the rear and passenger side to allow access.

More specifically, the tack room door is at the FRONT of the trailer (NOT on the side of the trailer near the trap door). The tack room door is on the V part of the trailer....is there a cover with the option for the zippered opening on the FRONT of the trailer?
