Home made catamaran. Can I use part number CE Smith Boat Trailer Parts - CE27600K90 as a interior tunnel guide for my cat? as seen in the picture below.

Yes, the CE Smith Bunk-Style Guide-On Kit # CE27600K90 can be used as in interior tunnel guide on for your catamaran boat trailer. The L beams are 19-3/4" long and have no pre drilled holes. The kit will include mounting hardware to attach the uprights to a 3" wide by 4-1/2" tall frame.

For an I-Beam style frame like in your picture you will need 2 sets of CE Smith I-Beam Clamps # CE27682A to attach to the perpendicular I-Beam that is 2-1/2" to 4-1/2" wide.
