When hitting the road in your RV, keeping your bikes safe from rain, dirt, UV rays, and grime is essential. The Swagman Bike Cover is crafted from durable 420-denier nylon, which provides excellent water resistance. This robust material ensures your bikes remain dry and clean, safeguarding them from the elements during your travels.
One frequent concern with bike covers is how cumbersome they can be when accessing your bikes. The Swagman Bike Cover features a large, downward-facing zippered opening. This smart design makes it a breeze to uncover or secure your bikes quickly and with minimal effort, without having to remove the entire cover from its rack.
Traveling at high speeds can cause some bike covers to flap around, potentially damaging the cover or making noise. The Swagman Bike Cover addresses this with five cinch straps designed to offer a streamlined, adjustable fit that reduces wind flap and noise during transit. These straps help keep everything securely in place, so your cover won't move or cause a ruckus.
Whether you have a hanging-style or platform-style hitch-mounted bike rack, the Swagman Bike Cover is designed to accommodate both. Simply slide the cover over the rack arms and zip it shut, or for platform styles, slide the bag onto the rack before installing everything. This ensures compatibility with a range of bike racks, making it a versatile option for different setups.
If you're cruising with larger bikes like e-bikes or cruisers, this cover's design has you covered. Its roomy dimensions can accommodate larger bike frames and styles, ensuring your bikes are well-protected regardless of size. You don't have to worry about whether your bigger bikes will fit under this protective cover.
The Swagman Bike Cover is specifically designed for RV use, leveraging the reduced wind velocity behind an RV to prevent tearing or wear. It's tailored to withstand the rigorous conditions of RV travel, so while it's not suitable for cars, trucks, or SUVs, it's perfect for those adventurous RV road trips.

Love that this cover attaches to the hitch to give complete coverage of the bikes to protect our bikes while traveling. The only downside is that it will hold water if the drain hole isn’t perfectly aligned at the bottom. We also like that it includes several built-in straps. However, the clasps could be a little more stout. Overall we like this cover and would buy it again.
It fits as advertised! We are headed for a 2,200 mile trip. I have 2 large e bikes . I fabricated my own platform rack. It fits perfectly.
Size is a bit large for our bikes--2 mountain e-bikes. Had to shorten the straps by tying knots to take them up as well as shortening the buckle end as short as it would go. This then caused tons of strap to whip around so we tried our best to wrap them so they would keep from flying in the wind when driving. Not sure if the next size down would have been large enough.
Nice cover!
Super fast shipping!
It is a pain to install, but provides comlete isolatoin from the elements! I rhink that is especially important when transporting over salted roads.

it works best with stretch netting.
Good bag to protect bikes when driving down road. No instructions on how the use the attached straps. Living in Amarillo TX previous bag only survived three months before being shredded due to winds. Used this one only when towing. It too started to shredd right where hitch goes through bag. Great at keeping bikes out of sight. Currently using for one men’s road bike and one cargo e-bike.

Works very well when towing but if you stop for a few days in a windy location TX panhandle it’s best to remove it. It will shred if it gets too much wind. Only thing I do not like is you have to remove rake to remove bad.
The bag appears to be very well made and extremely large. I have not taken it on the road yet but I did buy a truck bed expandable cargo net to put around the bag using bungie cords to prevent damage to the bag caused by flapping. I have assembled it one time and it makes a neat looking package at the end of my Wolf Pup. Initially I am very satisfied.

To carry two bicycles, the bag could be a lot smaller. When it rains water flows into the bag, and there it stays. The two drain holes should be replaced by a rectangular mesh to allow water to flow out. The basic 1 in x 1 in drain holes that exist are useless. Thr truck bed cargo net and bungee cords are what really makes the bag work by fitting it to the two bicycles.
Somewhat difficult to cover bikes, but I like that it covers everything like a glove. I'm sure it will get easier with practice.

Excellent bike cover. Keeps our bikes dry from one coast to the other and back. Would highly recommend!!!!
This is my second Swagman bike cover. The first one “only” lasted about 10yrs!!! It’s still good, just sun-bleached purple. Amazingly durable material. This one is really large. I think three full-size bikes would fit. We have folding e-bikes but only fold the handles down. Lots of extra material. We just bungee strap all the extra material down. This works great for us! I recommend this item,

It’s still great! No issues. Tough stuff!
It took us several uses to finally understand how all the straps worked best. We have two mountain bikes and bought a two-bike cover, but it's GINORMOUS. I wonder if we got a four-bike cover accidentally? Plus, I wonder why the zipper goes across the top of the cover instead of the bottom? Zippers leak, and there are some concave area that develop on the top between bikes or between handle bars and the seats that will collect rain and subsequently leak. Regardless, I still award five stars and recommend it to others.

Still a five-star product. I recommend that after you figure out how it works best, take a picture for reference. Carry a three-step folding ladderstool if using it on a travel trailer bumper as its very difficult to zip the top closed.
The bag is very large and covers our two bikes easily. It has 5 straps to tighten front to back or across the bikes. I added an additional strap running around the length and between the tires of the bikes. It pulls in the excess bag and less to flap in the wind. I didn't want to take the chance of it damaging the paint on the back of our RV. It does not repel water, so I sprayed the upper 2/3 with water repellent for tents. It now keeps the bikes dry. I wish that the strap snaps were more durable. It is hard to keep from stepping on them when mounting the rack, bag and bikes. I have already cracked one. Otherwise, the materials are good.
Excellent quality and easy to use (once you have it aligned up correctly) and bonus, it even covers my bikes off the hitch at night. The one suggestion I have is I wish I could remove it easily from the RV without removing the hitch.
While I did not expect this to be watertight, if I had known how much water it allowed in through the zipper I wouldn’t have purchased. Additionally, the first day I used it the wind buffeting forced the zippers open. Thankfully the material settled itself around the bikes instead of dragging the ground and being damaged. Nothing a zip tie can’t handle but almost learned the hard way.
I have always gotten great service from etrailer. Most recently I purchased a replacement bike cover and Adam even gave me his direct number to call him if there was any problem with the product. Their personal attention is rare these days when all you can do is talk to a robot. Kudos to etrailer, and especially Adam!
Not really user friendly. You have to unzip layout on the ground and then slide part of trailer through a hole then put trailer in hitch. If it rains while in use water puddles in bottom of unit and drags ground because the drain holes are too high. With the strapping system water also pools on top of the bikes.
DOES THE JOB, BUT CUMBERSON TO INSTALL & TAKEOFF & REINSTALL. WEARING ALOT AT SOME SEAMS....KEPT BIKES CLEAN ON 12,000 MILE CAMPING TRIP.
Been using it for over 1000 miles and no issues. A bit unruly to put it on, but once on it stays put.

After a year and about 9,000 miles the bike cover is holding up. All the straps work, the zipper works. Its not totally waterproof, but it does keep the dirt and UV rays off the bikes. It is easy to get on and off once you figure it out. We labeled each end of the buckles with a letter to make it easier to figure out how to hook them up. I would buy this again.
I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it appears to be well constructed and fits over both bikes. I have the Swagman rack for transporting the bikes, and it is all as advertised. I expect no less from this product.

I used this cover on a monthlong trip from So Cal to Northern Oregon last summer. It worked just as advertised, and held up to miles or wind, and weather changes without any damage. Great product
Just got back from a 900 mile trip and the cover held up to heavy winds while parked at our camp site plus 2 days of non let up rain. While on the road the cover stayed in place not flipping in the wind, this is exactly what was needed. THANK YOU
Bag is spacious enough, our bikes fit with extra room. Like how it zips up snd encases the bikes. The only con is the cover isn’t easily removed from the bike rack. We’ve travelled over 2000 miles using the cover
Kept all water and road dirt off of our bikes all the way from Michigan to Florida!
It did a great job protecting our bikes. I have it mounted above the tow bar on a Gen Y five port glitch rack. I was concerned about the heat coming off of our motor coach, but it ended up working fine.
This is just what I've been looking for. A cover that totally encapsulates the bicycles and keeps them clean while traveling. With my old cover, the bicycles would get very dusty and dirty with road grime coming up from the bottom of the bicycles where they weren't covered. This cover is very large and covers two adult size mountain bikes with plenty of room to spare. The slack in the cover is easily folded and held down with straps.

Still working great. Holding up very well with no problems.
fast service
This is a high quality cover. Watch the assembly video from etrailer because this gives an accurate assessment of the cover. It covers two large e-bikes and their large bike rack, the material is of good quality. The only small glitch, as the video points out, it is very large and cumbersome. We manage the baggy excess material from blowing in the wind by wrapping a couple large elastic staps around the cover after we've finished covering the bikes for a trip. We bought a 4 pack of 1 inch wide long elastic straps reasonably priced at WalMart. (Yellow straps with black plastic hooks). This does the trick.

Unfortunately the cover tore after about a year and a half later. Just needs to be a bit more durable.
