Which Bike Rack Cover Can Be Used On Bike Racks Behind RV

Question:
Will this bike cover be compatible behind a motorhome with a double bike hitch mount? I see it is primarily for behind RVs but what is the reasoning for this

The reason bike rack covers are typically only recommended behind an RV is due to the size of an RV it blocks most of the wind that would whip a bike rack cover around. The Swagman Bike Cover for RVs - Large - 2 Bikes
Item # S24FR will work if it is on the back of an RV like your motorhome, but not on the back of a passenger vehicles like a car or SUV and not behind towed vehicles.
