Bike covers for 2 ebikes. Is the S82006 bike rack cover available and what are the dimensions compared to the S24FR?

We do have a bike cover for your e-bikes, though the Swagman S82006 has been discontinued. The new bike cover is the one you mentioned:

This cover is designed to be larger than the 82006 and made purposefully for use with electric bikes and cruiser bikes which have become so popular, so it will work as a cover for your e-bikes without issue.
