I noticed in one of your replies to a similar question that you recommend a couple of bicycle covers for bikes mounted on a RV ladder rack. But in the reply it is stated that the cover is recommended for hitch mounted bike racks. Nowhere in the reply is it stated that the bike covers will work for a ladder mount. The question I have is will the bike covers work for a Surco ladder bike rack?

I have a possible solution for you, but there isn't a directly designed cover for the Surco Bike Racks, part # SP501BR.
The Swagman Bike Cover for RVs # S24FR will be the best option. It has a sturdy design but may need some modification to adjust to the vertical orientation of the Surco Bike Ladder Rack as I don't believe the flap and hole from the manufacturer will fit perfectly. You'll need to make sure that you install with the rear wheel first because you'll need to slip over and around the ground-facing wheels and use the straps to complete the fit to the exact shape of your bikes.
