TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
The front tie down mounts did not fit my 2008 Toyota Tundra SR5 5.7 L V8.The problem is that the bump stops attached to the rear cab mount bolts are in the way. That is something that cannot be removed permanently to accomodate the tie downs. The arm that bolts higher on the frame needs to be bent at a greater angle to fit both the frame and the cab Mount bushing. The rear fit perfectly.
They hold on well so that campers doesn’t fly off.

these fit my '21 toyota tundra perfect. It took a little bit to figure out the instructions but once we got one side, the other side went well. two of us installed front and rear mounts in a little over an hour. I had Torklift on my 2002 tundra and they were very secure for my slide in, that's why I got them again for my new truck.
The rear camper mounts took 10 minutes each to install. The front ones took 22 minutes each. The mounting brackets are well built and designed. It would have been nice if the install instructions we’re online so we could have read them before we received the mounts.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
Rear tie downs for my 2001 tundra little more complicated to install than front by myself because you had to wedge between of tight access and old hitch receiver and frame. Although, once installed… worth every penny. Having camper attached to frame makes for less too heavy and more off-road capable. Drives fine in wind at 75mph
The lady who took my order gave me a delivery date of Thursday, 10/13/22. The email that immediately followed my phone conversation confirming my order gave me a date of 10/14/22. I am very disappointed because I schedule to have the Torklifts installed today.

the rear set also fot the 2021 Toyota Tundra CrewMax with minimal modifications. Nobody claims any fitment for these on the rear of a CrewMax, but i GUARANTEE it fits. Mine works great.
Fast, friendly service. Great quality

High quality product. TorkLift customer support is excellent. They mistakenly sent me two left inserts for the tie-downs. A quick call to customer support and they sent the correct part right out. Photo shows camper and truck before installation of TorkLift tie_downs.
Well when the box arrived it was damaged missing parts. I think your packaging needs to be do better. Parts were loose in the box. I believe the bracket is overengineneered way to heavy.

I like to thank Lori with etrailer and guiding me through the process of getting , Front and rear, Torklift Camper Tie-downs -Custom Frame Mounts. Well doing research this was the best way to go for tying down and stabilizing a camper. Torklift camper tie-downs are solid well built! I had ordered Mounts on Monday and received them on Friday . I Had the tie-downs on my , 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 by Saturday. The whole process was awesome , real easy installation. Great help with videos and instructions on mounting tie-downs on my truck provided by etrailer. I’m going to use them on my pop-up Hallmark Camper. Thank you for all your help etrailer.
I bought the TLC2220 for a low profile pop up cabover camper which I had for another Chevy 3/4 ton truck. The prior truck utilized a different attachment but was not available for my current 2012 Chevy truck. The TLC220 offers an excellent attachment point that is made out of thick well made steel and covered with a nice black powder coating. The instructions that came with the product should be thrown away. Pictures are poor, verbiage is incomplete and large gaps in the actual application. The saving grace is the video from etrailer. This is a great video. Complete, simple with no gaps and tells you exactly what the difficulties might be. This video even called out the socket sizes. Unfortunately the mate to this; the TLC 3212 rear mounts has a poor video with again gaps in application. And... again the TLC3212 written instructions is just fireplace starter material.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
Front mounts already had signs of use bag of hardware open all over box. Stickers saying front already put on.
These tie downs work great! They were relatively easy to install as well, all of the hardware and bolt feeding tools were supplied with the product. The good thing about these tie downs, is that they are connected to the truck frame and not the truck bed or box, (which is mounted to the frame with rubber mounts) giving too much flexing while hauling a camper.

Easy install and just a great product. Install took 90 minutes for front and rear mounts.
These are a must with a slide in. I would not do it any other way. This with a set of fastguns and you're all set.

Expensive but worth the cost. The fit is like a glove and the ease of taking them on and off is such a benefit when you want to drop your camper and go for a spin.

Thank you etrailer, excellent customer service help with product.
The frame mounted tie-downs were easy to install and have worked perfectly. The quality of the product is good and after a winter with snow and salt there is sign of rust. While the tie-downs are a bit expensive I feel it’s worth it have a product that I don’t need to worry about.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
Front and rear tie downs came in two separate boxes. Back tie down box was fine but front tie down box was broken open with one of the T bolts hanging out. Fortunately both T bolts were in the box. There have been numerous reviews about bad packaging and parts missing and beat up so I think whoever is packaging these parts should take heed and do a better job. The rear tie downs went on fine with the help of the video instructions. The front however were harder and required me to grind down the T bolts so they would fit correctly (see pictures). I also had to enlarge the elongated holes to get the bolt in. Also the order of the instructions was in my mind incorrect. I installed the angled bracket supports first and then the main brackets. My recommendation would be to post a video of the installation procedures like they did for the back tie downs. All the parts were well made except the front T bolts and I am hopeful that they will last a long time. The pricing in my mind is high but they appear to be the only game in town so it is what it is. I do recommend these as they seem very strong and well designed.
The mounts were well made, but ridiculously expensive. instructions were dismal, once I figured it out, the rear mounts went quickly.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
Installed on Chevy 2018 3500HD with factory nerf bars. Gnarly installation. Drivers side was difficult. There was one bolt that I couldn't access the back side because the gas tank is in the way. I was able to install these but I'd recommend professional installation. Holes in brackets do no line up well, like 3/8" off. Driver's side bracket also interferes with the park brake cable, instructions have you zip tie the park brake cable to the hose above, so when the park brake is actuated it moves the hose along with the cable. This shouldn't be done like this. Overall, poor engineering.
Was an opened box and missing two 3 1/2 bolts I had to go buy. Sturdy product. Quick Delivery.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
Product itself was easy enough to install, works as designed, very happy. Shipping boxes however were not quite adequate for the job, needs improvement!
The strength and quality are pretty good but there are already spots showing a bit of rust after just one year of use. Wish the aluminum had been in stock.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
Mine did not fit perfectly could be my truck attachment point were off a little, I just had to get larger beefier fender washers to compensate for the difference in the mounting points, all in all I am confident in their ability to keep my Bigfoot camper in place.
Keep in mind the parameters of the application these may be different on another vehicle. Camper is a Northern lite 9-6. Vehicle Chevy 3500 LB SRW 4x4. Post install, in my opinion. I’d feel my comfortable if the ‘FastGun’ tie downs were facing opposing directions. Currently attaching to the designated anchor points all four FG’s angle from the TorkFit anchor point BACK towards the NL camper’s anchor points. This positively prevents the 3600 LB. camper from rearward movement. However FOWARD movement can and has occurred. After a necessary sudden braking event I checked my clearances and discovered that forward movement did occur. About, one inch. My NL slid far enough forward that contact was made between the vehicle and the camper. Realignment was necessary. From an Engineers perspective: the best anchorage would be achieved with the anchoring devices (FastGuns, in my case) installed in opposing directions. In the future I will be placing blocks between the camper and the front of the truck bed to eliminate any forward movement.

On time and follow was great
The units appeared to be well made and were nicely painted. I installed them on my F150. The tools and hardware supplied were of good quality and installation was straight forward. Two people would have been great, but I was able to install both sides in a little less than an hour. The holes all line up very well. I like these better than the previous units I had on my 2013, as they do not stick out as far - so less noticeable. The extension arms come out at a very nice angle just under the body. I find these units with quality I expected and I think they will be highly functional in attaching my camper.
