Best Coachmen Catalina Travel Trailer Camper Jacks

My Jack arrived DOA. After installing it on my trailer, the Jack didn’t work. The manual crank handle came in handy because I didn’t have time to troubleshoot and repair it at the time. It was just a wire that was no longer connected to the switch but I have to tell you it was extremely disappointing to receive a brand new item that didn’t work. If it had worked out of the box, I’d give it a five star review. You should consider soldering and heat shrinking the wires to the switches or making the wires longer so they aren’t banjo string tight and putting the lug at a strange angle.

Great product and Trailer has great customer service. It's to bad that the shipping companies do not take better care with the items during shipping! will receive replacement parts to fix what was broken, but it causes lots of extra work for the customer. will have to take complete jack off to replace the broken motor cover because of shipping carelessness!! regards, Dan Ewert

Definitely a heavier duty version of our campers stock stabilizers. They bolted right up to the brackets and glad we have new stabilizers. I hope the paint lasts on these as that seems to be an issue with the other, cheaper stabilizers. Time will tell.

Before I purchased the Strong Arm my travel trailer would shake considerably when someone would move around the trailer. Since installing the Strong Arm system (which was quite easy to do) movement about the trailer is no longer an irritating issue.

Strongman’s were pretty straight forward to install. Packaging did not come with T handles so I called the great folks at etrailer and new handles were shipped out no questions asked and arrived in 3 days.

Do not like the new design. Much slower than the old version and the buttons stick out too far and now I cannot lower my tailgate while the trailer is attached.

This was a direct replacement for my trailer. Simple to install and connect wiring. I did rotate the head of my unit 90 degrees so the front of the jack faces the driver side of the trailer/tow vehicle. This now allows my tailgate to drop fully without interference. Unit arrived on time and in excellent condition. Has functioned properly for several trips in the past year without any issues. My original unit lasted 6 years without any problems until water/moisture got inside the gearbox and contaminated the lubricant causing damage to gears and bushings. I now cover the jack when in storage. Excellent service from etrailer.

Item arrived a day earlier & in good condition! & was a very easy install ,& is a upgrade from manual one that broke at the handle ,& this is a upgrade for my 2008 22'Airstream Safari! Can't wait for my next outing, Also I like that it comes with a backup manual hand crank in case you need it,& that it was a exact fit for my travel trailer,It's a complete package that needs nothing else.

We had so much trouble with the heavy slide out on our travel trailer going out of adjustment .. The trailer spent more time the first two years in the dealership shop or another rv shop than we had it at home.. When we finally got it repaired for the last time my wife checked the internet and found these slide out supports.. We use these everytime we open the slide out at home or camping in the forest or rv park .. And we havent had anymore trouble .. Wish we found these two years earlier .. Thank You fir a great product ..

So love the product and easy to use/install. This length worked great for my slide out. Installed them today and seem to steady up the slide out. Only issue I found was that when I opened the package, one of the u-shaped brackets was bent. But nothing that a little hammering couldn’t fix. Maybe improve the ends of the packaging to better support the u-shaped parts would be my suggestion.

These "quickee" piers are great under our slides. Simply push the button on the handle nut, slide it up and hand-tighten - done! Other products have a knuckle-buster lever. When we arrive, I don't like added set-up time or skinned knuckles. Dennis/Corralitos, CA

These work great to support the slides on our trailer. I had to manufacture blocks to drop down into the saddle because the slide rails are covered up. We insert them under the edge of the slide frame, and they work just fine.

I love these jacks I would recommend to anyone who has the time and know how to install these. I installed these on a Minnie plus 31BHDS 35.5 foot travel trailer. It’s hasn’t let me down yet leveling the trailer every time. Even so much that it will lift the tires off the ground on one side to achieve it. Even with the wheels off the ground all doors and cabenits work perfect. The install was tough for one person took me three full days. The way my camper was set up I couldn’t follow there instructions exactly on the placent distances of the jacks but I was within a foot and it works. It has a touch screen for in the camper which after initial set up I haven’t needed to use it. The other control i installed on the exterior front driver side and that’s the one I use every time. It’s so easy now I press 1 button and its level every time. This really makes setting up much faster and less stress I don’t have to yell back and forth with my wife which she hates finding level. Great product so far.

leveling jack was delivered very promptly and in good shape. installed on my 5th wheel easily and works fine. a bit lighter duty than the OEM jack but darn good value for the price and will get the job done. etrailer is the best!

Very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of this jack. I was confident in its durability and ability to do the job from the moment I opened the box. Installation was a snap, using self-tapping #14 bolts (not supplied), and my leveling blocks made it easy for one person to install. Once installed, the combination of the four jacks, the double axle, and the tongue jack all gave my 25' 4500 lb trailer a very stable feel. I would highly recommend this jack to anyone looking to replace the cheaper stabilizers that usually come with new travel trailers.

Great product. works just fine. The problem I had was matching the mounting plate under my trailer. Apparently not a standard so I had to take it to a trailer manufacturer to make it fit.

They went on a custom made trailer build that’s not yet in service. Seem to function as advertised.

There's not a lot to say. The first Stabilizer carton was damaged to the point the carrier couldn't even find the Stabilizer. etrailer.com was very cooperative & sent a second unit out right away. Although the second shipment packaging was damaged all parts were there and undamaged. I installed the unit and it is so so much better, quieter and faster than the old unit. I highly recommend both Lippert and etrailer.com

The shipping of this part was terrible at best! They packaged the stabilizer in a cheap cardboard box and of course it arrived trashed! And of course it arrived almost a week later than they said it would. The rubber cover for the motor is torn, the main metal beam is dented. This is absolute crap on your part etrailer.

This was a great replacement for our 4 year old Keystone Springdale trailer jack that bit the dust. Installation was easy and is much faster and quieter than our RAM jack that came with the trailer. I did sand down the paint on the contact points to make sure of a good ground then painted over what was exposed. I liked it so much I'll be looking at getting one for my large utility trailer.

The machine is great. The auto up and down make life easy I had trouble with my first one I bought. One of the wires on the controller was loose. It was promptly replaced and the other one has given me no trouble at all.

Easy installation to replace the manual trailer crank. This model is powerful and works well. It has the ability to be rotated 90 degrees so its sideways. The advantage being is that my GMC 2500 AT4 truck tailgate can be lowered with the trailer connected using it in the sideways mounting position.

This jack was a direct replacement for another Bulldog jack that was damaged in an accident. The old jack was still working great after ten years of seasonal use before being damaged. The new jack installed very easily with simple hand tools and has been operating flawlessly. I would definitely purchase this jack again.

E Trailer customer service is top notch A+++++, The Lippert ground control 3.0 is an awesome product. Installation was straight forward. Just take your time and it all comes together nicely. All of the wiring is clearly marked and just needs to be routed to the front. The system works great and levels my fifth wheel within 3 minutes. I highly recommend this product.

Let me say this to start, this system is AWESOME!! If you do not have a leveling system on your camper, this one works very , very well. I will say, the install and the learning curve takes time and is not too hard, but it's not super easy either. Once I got the system in place, and understood how to use it, the rest was a piece of cake. Take your time on the install and get help. The parts are robust and heavy, so two people make it much easier. Have sharp drill bits to drill the attachment holes. Wiring is super simple, but take your time and make sure you get all the connections good and tight and secured well with zip ties. The system requires a good strong battery, so make sure your battery is in great shape and you will not have any issues. Get the Lippert app also, it is very helpful. I love it now, when I pull my 2006 Keystone Raptor 5th wheel toy hauler into a campsite, I hit a couple buttons and the longest it has taken to level my unit is 2 minutes and 30 seconds. I love it! It puts the camper at the same level every single time, which is awesome. No guessing, no driving up and down on blocks, just push a button and walk away until the camper is perfect. Would I do this over again you ask? Absolutely. Awesome system!

Ordered a power stabilizer jack for my 2012 Jayco fifth wheel in 2023 , easy to install the item myself , stabilizer working great , will buy future items at this site , thanks

I should have got one years ago. I only use it when it's connected to the truck with the engine running. This I believe gives me full power. It has enough power to raise the trailer when connected to the truck to get the anti sway bars attached. Sure beats all that hand cranking.

The alternate power setup makes its slow rate of rise necessary which would be good if my lithium batteries went low. To avoid battery problems be sure to add an inline battery disconnect from the trailer power when using tow vehicle power. I simple added an inline fuse that could be removed should I need to use the tow vehicle power.

Installation was quick and easy per the instructions and eTrailer video. One of the few times I've had something "bolt right in/on" LOL. It has worked flawlessly in the time that I've been using it. The only drawback, and it is a small issue, is that it is easy in the heat of battle to bump the light switch ON and not see it in the daylight. One just needs to be careful or use a bit of tape to secure light switch OFF until needed. Another great product from etailer.

It does not feel as stout as my original Dometic/Atwood jack. In particular, the extendable foot is more lightweight and does not fit into the jack tube with the same precision. This may not make any difference in terms of stability when the RV is set up but it does make the jack feel to be of lesser quality. The jack seems to extend and retract slower than my original but is MUCH quieter. It was installed on a 2017 Lance 1995.

I upgraded my '98 sportsmen from tripod stands to these scissor jacks.Setting up is so much easier now. The jacks are very sturdy, fairly priced and were easy to install.
