Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe we're doing a test fit of our Curt 20x48 Cargo Carrier. This part number is C18110. Now, this is designed for both inch and a quarter and two inch hitches and has a weight capacity of three hundred pounds. So the first thing we are going to do here is take a few measurements. We're going to start off with our ground clearance. It's going to be about twenty six and a half inches of clearance there. Now that's not only because we have such a high hitch, but we also have a slightly raised shank here which is going to raise that even higher than our vehicle.

Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe, we're doing a test fit of the MaxxTow 30x50 Wheelchair Carrier. This comes with a 60 inch long ramp and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. That part number is MT70260. We're going to go over some features, take a few measurements, and go over some more features about this carrier. The first thing I want to show is are the different positions that it can be put in to. We're going to start down here, removing our pins and clips at our braces. We're just going to fold those up a little bit.



Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe, we're doing a test fit of the Stromberg Carlson 23 by 63 cargo carrier. That part number is CC-100. It has a 500 pound weight capacity and it's designed to work with two inch hitch. The first thing we're going to do here is take a few measurements. Our ground clearance is going to be first. To the bottom of this bolt here, right up under our carrier, we're going to have about 22 and quarter inches.

Lets Go Aero Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Let's Go Aero GearCage. This is going to measure in 32" wide by 48" long. It's going to have that nice sturdy steel construction that's going to offer a 300 pound weight capacity. It does come with that 2" shank for your 2 inch receivers only as well as a 7 1/8" anti-rattle bold that's going to help to reduce a lot of the sway, rattle, and wobble that you would normally have. SportRack Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2015 Chevy Tahoe we're going to be doing a test fit of the Sport Rack Vista folding cargo carrier. This is going to be part number SR9851. It's going to be 20" by 60" and have a 500 pound weight capacity. First things we're going to do is talk about the 2" shank here that connects to our 2" receiver, and the shortest distance. Our shortest distance on this rack is going to be about 10-1/2" from the brace and bracket here to the back end of the bumper. Our overall distance will be from the back of the rack and cargo carrier to the back side of the bumper at about 40". Our ground clearance is going to be about 26-3/8".



SportRack Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Sport Rack 20 by 60 inch cargo carrier. This is going to have a sturdy steel construction with that 2-inch shank for your 2-inch hitches and a 500 pound weight capacity. It is going to connect with an anti-rattle bolt to the bottom side of your receiver here to help reduce a lot of that sway, rattle and wobble that you would normally have. Let's get a few measurements to start it off. Our first measurement is going to be from the bend in the shank right here to the back side of the receiver. It's going to be our closest distance at about 2 1/2 inches. Our overall distance is going to be from the backside of the bumper to the back of the rack at about 30 1/8 inches with a rear ground clearance of about 23 3/4 inches.



Pro Series Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe we're going to be doing a test fit on the 31 by 47 Pro Series Solo. They've designed this for use in 2" hitches. It offers a 400 pound weight capacity. The part number on it is PS1040100. Now this is one of the larger carriers that we offer, so if you don't have a friend to help you load it in the vehicle you might try doing it this way. What I like to do is just rest the shank of the Pro Series there in the receiver tube of the hitch. Then I'm going to lift up on the rear as I push in.

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe we're going to be doing a test fit on the 20 by 47 MaxxTow cargo carrier. As you can see, it's got an aluminum basket construction, which really helps saves weight. It's been designed for use in 2" hitches. The part number on it is MT70108. To begin our test fit we'll slide the shank of our carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch and we'll line up our pinhole with our hitch pinhole. With those in line we'll slide through our standard 5/8 pin and secure it on the other side here with a clip. Now the pin and clip are sold separately so if you don't already have one at home, go ahead and pick one up.

To begin the test fit we're just going to slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch. We'll line up our pinhole with our hitch pinhole. That's it; go by there.



Detail K2 20x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, we will be test fitting the Detail K2 20x60 folding cargo carrier. They've designed this for use in two inch hitches, it offers a 500 pound weight capacity. The part number on it is K2HCC602. To begin our test fit we simply slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch. We'll then line up the pin hole with our hitch pin hole. With those line up, we are going to take a standard five eights pin and slide this on through. Difficult this one, once it comes through there we'll slide the clip in the other side to hold it in place.

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe we're going to be doing a test fit on the 24 by 60 CURT folding cargo carrier. They've designed this for use in 2" hitches. It offers us a 500 pound weight capacity. The part number on it is C18153. Now to begin our test fit we're just going to slide the shank of our rack into the receiver tube of our hitch. We need to slide this in far enough so our hitch pinhole lines up with the hole here in the shank. With those lined up with one another we can take our standard 5/8 pin; we're going to slide this through and we'll secure it here on the other side with our clip.



Curt 19x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe we're going to be doing a test fit on the CURT 19 by 60 folding cargo carrier. It's designed for use in 2" hitches. It's got a full length steel shank that runs through it, and your basket's a nice aluminum construction. Still offers a 500 pound weight capacity. The part number on it is C18100. Now to do our test fit we're just going to slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube and line up the pinholes. With those in line with one another we're going to take a standard 5/8 pin, slide that through, and we'll secure it on the other side with our clip.



Curt 17x46 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, we are going to be doing a test fit on the 17x46 Curt Compact Cargo Carrier. Now this has been designed to use easily with an inch and a quarter or with two inch hitch and it offers a 500 pound weight capacity. Part number on it is C18145. Now to begin our test fit, we'll slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch. As we do this, we want to line up our threaded hole with our hitch pin hole. With those in place we can take the pin which is provided with the carrier, I'm sorry the bolt which is provided with the carrier, we'll thread it in. As you can see there is still kind of some movement and some play there, it's time to bring in the wrench and get it tightened down.



Rola Dart Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe we're going to be doing a test fit on the Rola Dart. This cargo carrier is a folding-style, measures 23 by 56. Pardon me, and it has a weight capacity of 450 pounds. Part number on it is 59550. To begin the test fit we need to slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of our hatch. As we do this we'll line up our threaded hole with our hitch pinhole. Once we get that lined up we'll take the provided anti-rattle bolt and we're going to thread this through.



Surco Products 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, we are going to be doing a test fit on the 24x60 Surco Cargo Carrier. This has been designed for use in two inch hitches. It offers a 500 pound weight capacity. The part number on it is 52018. To begin our test fit we are going to slide the shank of the carrier right into the receiver tube of our hitch. As we do this, we need to line our pin hole up with our hitch pin hole. One we have those lined up we'll take a standard five eights pin, well go ahead and slide this through and we'll secure it on the other side with my little run away clip.



SportRack Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe we're going to be test fitting the Sport Rack 20 by 60 folding cargo carrier designed for 2" hitches. Has a 500 pound weight capacity. It's part number SR9850. We'll begin the test fit by sliding the carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch. We'll keep an eye through our pinhole there to see when our two holes line up. We'll then thread in our anti-rattle bolt.



Pro Series Solo Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe

Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Suburban we're going to be test fitting the Pro Series Solo 31 by 47 cargo carrier. With a 400 pound weight capacity, its part number is PS1040100. To begin our test fit we're going to slide the shank of our carrier into the receiver tube of our hitch. We'll slide it in far enough so the two pin holes will be lined up. We'll then take our standard pin and get it slid through there. We can then secure it with a clip. Here at the rear of the carrier we're going to have about 24-1/4" worth of ground clearance.
