Best 2021 Lexus ES 350 Bike Racks

I like it a lot! I think it has solved my issue with having in easy, yet stable way to haul my bike on my 2012 Honda accord coupe. It's only been one day, so I can't speak about the durability. But it's definitely use a friendly and sturdy.

I looked at a LOT of bike racks, but when I saw the product video for this Hollywood rack and it was holding the bikes rock solid, no loose bouncing anywhere, I decided to try it and I haven't been disappointed yet. It is solid in the mount, it holds the bikes securely and the locking bars are a good deterrent to anyone wanting a quick steal. I don't leave mine on the car all the time, but so far in the weather here in Florida, it's holding up nicely. We have two electric bikes which fit on it perfectly. Very easy to operate and hook up to our Rivian R1S. Highly recommend it!

This bike rack is awesome. Our two e-mountain bikes fit perfectly on the rack. We have taken them on long road trips with no issues. Great bike rack.

So far really great! I love the stability my bike has on the rack, fit for my 2021 Honda Civic, and the quality of the material engineered into the design to prevent damage to the cars paint/parts.

Very easy to put on and take off of car. Holds bike secure (I have yet to put 2 bikes on it but I'm sure it would be fine). I replaced my hitch mount bike rack with this. So glad. Now I don't have to have a bike rack on the car all the time and can access my hatch back easily when I am not carrying a bike.

Truly a great product! The bike rack is a huge improvement over the one it replaces. I had lost confidence in it, as it was always loose and sloppy when in use for long distances. The materials are high-quality, with very dense plastic arms, a metal main tube, and strapping that can be pulled quite tight. Overall a very solid piece of equipment. Each bike has three points of attachment, which keeps them very stable. The ratchet mechanism is much easier to manipulate when compared to web straps, which always seem to work loose, but are difficult to work with when removing a bike. The feet, which get placed on the glass and in the license plate well on my Subaru, are flexible and substantial. When placed according to the online fitment guide, I can still use my backup camera, at least when no bikes are on. I can also drop the arms easily when not carry bikes, and storage off of the car will be very easy. For my wife's step-through frame, I acquired the Saris Bike Beam, which makes placement on the arms very easy, and seems to be very stable. These products are clearly well engineered and manufactured. Great customer service and fast shipping from Etrailer combine for a great purchasing experience. I highly recommend this item!

Great product so far! Easy to install and adjust. A little tricky to load 2 large handlebar mountain bikes and a third smaller bike, but we just turned them sideways with the front wheels taken off. We had racks on bikes which were probably the impediment. We got them on though! Love how it folds up easy for quick storage. Works great on 2014 Subaru Outback.

It was supposed to come with 4 small straps and 6 large straps. However, there were only 3 small straps in the package, and the package was very much intact when we received it. The rack fits well in our 2018 Nissan Pathfinder SV. Although, it was so difficult to make 1 adult road bike and 2 kids road bikes to fit. It more comfortably fits 2 bikes to be honest with you. And our bikes are thin and light.

It is a good bike carrier but if I had it to do again I would bite the bullet and buy a trailer hitch for my Jetta and go with a hitch mount. I believe it is more secure.

This rack has been great on my 2016 Nissan Rogue SUV, very sturdy and holds bike(s) securely. I've used it with a fat bike, a regular mountain bike, and a road bike. Amazingly this rack gave me a couple inches MORE clearance in my small garage than my previous hanging-style rack. The aluminum trays themselves are still in great condition, though other parts are showing some rust after 1+ years (and since I use it in the winter as well I leave it on most of the time). The tilt-down feature is great, but pulling the pin and reaching the knob to do this is awkward with bikes in place. When removing the bike, it can be hard to squeeze the lever on the hook that holds the front tire. (Maybe because of pressure when the hook is against the tire?)

I've had this hitch for a day and used it just once on my Miata (class 2). Going on a trip tomorrow and will use it on a Nissan Frontier pickup (class 3). It seems like a quality hitch for a very good price. I feel like buying one of those other brands (named after cities) you are paying a premium for the brand name. Hollywood provides a great value without gouging my wallet. I like the aluminum rails and the entire system is easy to use. Just holding off one star since I've only had it for a day. As a bonus it arrived a day earlier than it was scheduled!

Great rack! Fits the receiver on my '22 Outback perfectly. My bike(s) ride stable and secure. I also have a Specialized e-bike that weighs 36 lbs., and the rack handles the weight just fine.

This is definitely more of a 2 bike carrier vs 3 bikes. I had to take the front wheels off two bikes to get three bikes on this carrier. Also, it rubbed the paint off on the trunk of my Subaru legacy.

Way too light duty for what is advertised. It seemed to be made out of 1/2 inch electrical conduit. I would never put three bikes on that rack. I only had two bikes on the rack. While on trip through Idaho the wind was so strong that one of the bikes partially blew off the rack. We traveled 1,800 miles and upon arriving home I actually sawed the bike rack up and threw it away so that no one else would use it and cause an accident. I've already found a different brand that is HEAVY DUTY and I will stick with that brand.

Excellent experience with the Thule Th910xt. Installed easily on Lexus ES 350. Travled with two bikes from Long Island to PA. The Thule handled the bridges and roads without any issues. Note: need an extension bar for the ladies bike, which I had. Looking forward to using it again soon!

Overall, it is a solid product and I would recommend to others. There is a minor inconvenience with the way the side straps to the hood work. On our Lexus ES350, the side hooks get released. An improvement can be made for the side straps to independently adjust and secure in place.

Extremely pleased with the bike rack. I have now had it for several months and it functions perfectly. Actually, I am amazed at just how well it is engineered. I am a petite women and just 106 pounds so I needed a bike rack that I could lift on and off the pickup truck by myself. This fits perfectly and is easy to secure two bikes to the rack. I did purchase the key lock for the bike rack to just to prevent theft of the rack.

I love how easy this was to set up and how easy it connects to the hitch. And because it's so lightweight, I can easily install it myself.

A very good, inexpensive, lightweight bike rack. Folds nicely and doesn't interfere with the hatch opening on our 2023 XC40. I wouldn't consider this a heavy duty rack, more suitable for short trips to the riding trails. Good for urban living, as opposed to 4 wheeling out to a mountain destination. Several plastic components. Two things I dislike is 1) the hitch pin lock is cheesy plastic, and because of the threading bolt on the rack's hitch, you can't use a sturdier 5/8" locking pin. and 2) the cotter pins should have a small security cable.

Works for my fat tire bike. Once it's set up, it's easy to install and remove. I had to cut out some of the plastic cladding on the underside of my bumper on my 2014 Subaru Outback. Good value. I've had no issues.

GI love the Rack, it is easy for me to handle, (as a 89 yearold rider.), two bikes ride and fit very nicely. Like how it folds down,and how it folds to open the tailgate . Great quality for the money, I would highly recommend this rack

Exactly as advertised, transported 2 Trek bikes on on the back of my 2016 Toyota Avalon without issue - travelling from Boston MA to Green Bay WI. Outstanding price buying this item as open-box. etrailer's website is the best I could find on the web with name brand racks, automated compatibility vehicle check, and they they shipped overnight.

This rack fits well on our 2015 Toyota RAV4. There are six attachment points, each with a coated hook on the end to fit around the trunk lid. Once mounted and tightened, the rack is comfortably stable and solid. Bikes are easy to mount as well, with just a few straps. Note that a BMX bike, due to its small geometry, will not fit. Also of note, the hooks on the ends of the two straps which lead out in the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions will chafe the car's paint. I wrapped those in electrical tape in order to minimize the effect. Overall, a good choice for a trunk rack.

Installed on a 2008 Lexus ES350. Excellent fit but have not tried it out yet. The sliding wheel brackets and adjustable cane hooks are easy to use. Everything folds up nicely for easy storage. The rubber straps that go through the tire spokes remains to be seen how they will weather and wear.

Love the fit and solid quality build of this bike carrier. Can't wait to try it out. I am using this carrier for two e-bikes and I am confident that it will hold up very nicely and will have no problem holding the weight of the 2 bikes.

Pretty straight-forward on how to affix to trunk, any questions are covered nicely throughout the instruction booklets. Once fastened, everything is confidently snug. The only thing I was initially concerned about was the potentiality that the clamps might not fit around my frame (being a thicker-framed MTB). I actually found a YouTube video of somebody reviewing the item and they actually showed some good ideas for how to fit the bike securely to the rack. Once you get that dialed-in, it's as sound as a pound. Haven't had any issues with the rack and don't even worry about it or the bike while driving. Worth the purchase.

Originally I was looking to put a hitch on my 2021 jeep renegade sport for a hitch mount bike rack, after seeing that I would either have to remove seam sealer and drill holes in my rear subframe (this is not a good option living in the rust belt), or remove my entire back bumper off and cut holes in it for the factory style hitch, and still have a rack that is illegal and blocks my license plate/brake lights turn signals I decided to look at different options. A roof rack is a little too high to lift a bike on comfortably. This thule outway platform 2 takes about 10 minutes to install correctly, and is solid and holds the bike securely, and the rack locks to the vehicle, and also the bikes lock to the rack no extra purchases required (comes with 2 keys and plastic spoiler supports). I have driven 80mph over potholes and bumps, also on extreme hills and has held securely.

I can't say enough good things about this bike rack.I was going to go with a cheaper model but I'm glad I spent the extra money for this Saris.The rack installs and comes off the hitch quickly.The bikes also are easy to load and unload.This thing is great.The first one got ruined by the carrier and etrailer sent me out a new one immediately.Top notch service.

Thanks to etrailer’s excellent information, I managed to find a bike rack that would carry 2 e-bikes and work with my existing class I 1-1/4 in receiver. I had the added challenge that I carry the bikes on a car that I tow behind my RV, so it needed to be rated for a tow vehicle. The Saris Superclamp EX met all my criteria, and for a reasonable price. I was also happy to find that it’s made in the USA. Install was fairly easy, couple of minor hiccup’s as I figured out the drawings, which, to be honest, weren’t entirely clear. But it’s pretty intuitive, so just added an extra minute or two, and probably wouldn’t phase the more mechanically minded. I’m a somewhat out of shape 50’s female, and I don’t have any trouble moving the rack around, it’s a nice weight and fairly compact when collapsed. It’s very easy to access the hatch when the bikes are not mounted. Haven’t tried it with bikes on yet. Once installed, it is rock solid. Loading my 45ish lb bike (with battery removed) is doable. In a perfect world it would have a ramp, but given my other criteria were met, I’m happy to do without the ramp. The rack seems like it holds the bike firmly during transport so overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Also, there wasn’t a ton of unnecessary packaging to get rid of, but things were well protected in shipment. Customer service from etrailer is stellar as well, they helped quickly with a minor issue. I think the Saris rack holds my bike securely. I just put the rack on for the first time; it took me a while, but I think it will be very simple the next time. The rack is actually made for a bicycle with a top frame tube that is parallel to the ground. My bike has a slight angle, but the rack works very well on the 2024 Mini Cooper. Stacey, with etrailer, was incredible supportive and knowledgeable.

Got this rack to carry a bike on a car where it has to clear a trunklid spoiler. That it does. Good product. Not perfect, but good. Does rest rubber feet on painted surfaces, so I keep a clean microfiber towel handy to wipe the feet before each use so they don't scratch up the car's paint. Quick and easy to use. Looks bulky but it's all lightweight plastic. Seems plenty sturdy enough for the job, although time will tell how long that remains true. Finally, a small quibble: The caps at each end of the fat tube are supposed to store the excess lengths of strapping, but the friction-fit caps promptly fall out so the straps just dangle. But there's no real harm done by that; it's merely a bit unsightly. On the whole, this device does the job.

I just received the bike rack. It arrived as scheduled with no damage from shipping. I was able to mount the wheel trays, receiver and all hardware within about ten minutes. All of the hardware was provided. The paint seems to be of high quality and there are no scratches or other damage. The rack folds up easily and compact enough to make storing on a shelf easy. I also purchased the trailer hitch which I will need to install before using the two bike rack. It looks like it will be very easy to adjust for our two bikes

This is a well designed rack. Adding and removing bikes is quick & easy. Just set the bike on & slide the padded hook down onto the bike frame to secure it; no straps required. If only one bike is transported, it does not interfere with opening the trunk on our Tesla Model 3. With 2 bicycles the trunk cannot be opened. For 2 bikes the Swagman model that can tilt might be worth the extra 22 bucks. This rack uses a bolt in the receiver hitch instead of a pin. This locks it securely preventing it from moving in the hitch & rattling. It also requires a wrench to remove it, good for theft prevention but one more thing to keep track of. For storage on the vehicle the top bar folds down. For storage in the garage, the left & right bars fold up & you can hang it using one of the hooks.
