Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
I bought a hitch receiver, bike rack, and an anti-rattle hitch lock from eTrailer. They arrived on time and were exactly as advertised. I watched their video on mounting the hitch receiver and it installed easily. I highly recommend the anti-rattle hitch lock.
This is an excellent bike rack for my recumbent bike along with either another recumbent or a regular bike. Easy to place bikes into the rack and very sturdy once locked in. No worries about bikes bouncing around in a "hanging" rack. Highly recommended.

Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount
Easy to use well made
Good product that folds when not in use, but I don't like the side and bottom straps. They are not separate straps and they use a much poorer design compared to the top 2 straps to tighten them down. Top 2 straps use a simple unlock with thumb, pull to tighten, then release thumb and automatically locks straps in place. Side and bottom straps are a loop through design and require you to pull and tug on the other end to tighten. Also top straps when using the clamps on the trunk pulls it too far up causing about a finger gap. So I re-read the instructions and choose to re-route the strap through the clamp to go under the trunk like a support. That prevents my trunk from excessive gap. I had already contacted etrailer for a return but found out the return shipping alone was almost the cost of the product so I decided to keep it and use it for the time being. So either get a different design trunk rack, or just go with a hitch. Its better that way. I just swapped mines out for a hitch considering the price of the hitch is similar and more sturdy.

Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms

This rack works great. It holds my bikes well. This one is hard to beat for the price.

Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches
Ordered the Draw-Tite 24763 for my 2015 Honda Civic Sedan, and was very satisfied at the speed and detail of not only the correspondence and email between etrailer.com but also the shipping speed and condition of packaging. I received this in six days from start to finish of order. I did not spring for faster shipping and was satisfied with this type of time frame considering the size and weight of packaging. I also got the Thule Hitching Post TH934XTR four bike rack and THSTL2 hitch lock anti-rattle device. I had planned ahead by watching all of the great videos on etrailer and printed out some instructions from the site. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised with their attention to detail that this was unnecessary as they included a copy of the same instructions I printed in the box. The install went exactly like the instructions/videos said it would and if I hadn't been interested in getting the beauty plastic underbody piece back on I could have been done in fifteen minutes with a lift and another set of hands. All in all a very easy kit to install, and thanks to etrailer for the speed, quality, and including all the necessary hardware and instructions. 5/5 would definitely do business with again and recommend.
Unit has done a good job in this fairly lightweight application, two mountain bikes carried on a Honda Civic. It is handy that it attaches to the trailer hitch with one bolt, and its weight is still manageable.

This is an awesome bike carrier-fit my 2010 Honda Civic just great! I am totally sold on Thule bike carriers-I had one on my 1997 Civic, so I knew I was getting a high quality product. Very easy to use and set up. Thanks for the recommendation, quick shipping, and great value!!

Swagman Upright Bike Rack for 1 Bike - Roof Rack Crossbars - Frame Mount
The rack instruction were fairly simple, the pictures helped a lot. It took 2 try's to get everything lined up so the bike would fit. At first I had the front of the tire tray and the front of the rack lined up and my bike didn't fit, so after taking it all apart and moving everything forward everything lined up nice. It does say that it fits tires up to 3" I'm running 2.5" tires and it dosent fit in the tray completely. That's really my only complaint!
Planning on bringing bikes while camping. I mounted 2 of the Swagman bike racks to my new Sportrack on my pop-up camper. The bikes fit perfectly. The racks seem sturdy enough. Not heavy duty, but for my needs they should be fine. Assembly was relatively fast and easy.

Great quality bike mount!

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
So far, not good. The product arrived with the 2” hitch adapter already on, and so tightly on that I cannot remove it with the tools that I own.
I chose the Chinook mainly because it came with locks for the hooks to keep the bikes secure, and a lock for the hitch pin to keep the rack itself secure. I also like that it has ratcheting top tube hooks, rather than hooks that secure with knobs. Assembling the rack was straightforward and took maybe 20 minutes. I did it with the rack off the car. I installed a trailer hitch on my 2009 Civic Si sedan (this was not NEARLY as easy as assembling the rack!) and hooked up the Chinook. It's fairly heavy, but appears to be about the same weight as most other platform style racks - even lighter than some of the higher end ones. It slid right into the receiver. The hitch pin/lock is easy to use. I loaded my XL 29" hardtail mountain bike and my wife's M comfort/step through bike onto the rack - the sliding trays were easy to move with the bike off the rack and I used a rubber mallet to fine tune their positions with some gentle taps once the bikes were on. One of my concerns was that the hook wouldn't go low enough for my wife's bike. I put the low hook on first and had it facing the outside as that's where my wife's bike was. The hook went down plenty far to secure the comfort bike. I did put small towels between the bikes and the hooks, as the "padding" on the hooks isn't very soft. The bikes didn't interfere with each other and they didn't touch the car. I was even able to open the trunk with the bikes on the rack in the upright position. The rack can tilt away from the car which would probably be helpful for cars with larger trunk lids. We set off for the trail. The rack did bounce around a bit while driving down the road (probably due to the low load rating for the hitch for the Civic more than the rack itself) but everything held tight and got the bikes to the trail with no issues. Unloading and reloading at the trail was quick and easy. Overall, I am very happy with this rack! It does everything I wanted a rack to do at a very affordable price.

Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier - Roof Mount
Overall I am happy with these bike carriers. They mount to the racks over the bed of my Tundra TRD Pro. Installation is simple. I think they could be just a bit sturdier because there is just a bit of wobbling when driving on bumpy roads but I'm not too worried about them coming dislodged. Take note that although they come with a cable lock to attach the bike to the carrier, the key is sold separately.

Kuat Beta Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" Hitches - Tilting
I was looking for a light weight bike rack for my 2015 Honda Accord. Your videos stated that the Kuat Beta was light and easy to install. You were right. I opened the box, read the instructions, and had it installed in about 10 minutes. I don't use a rack lock. It is so easy to pop on and off the hitch that I keep the rack in my car trunk.
We've been using this bike rack with a 1.25" Draw-Tite receiver hitch (also purchased from etrailer) on a 2012 Prius C for a month with no problems. As shown on the pictures, it fits two bikes very well, even one with a baby carrier. I chose this model based on recommendations from etrailer that it can be easily detached from the car without tools. True to their word, it is very easily detachable from the hitch and folds up nicely to fit in your garage/closet/storage area. Basically, it uses a hand tightened ball bearing mechanism to secure itself into the hitch receiver, and then uses a 3/8" hand locked pin as a safety device. You can install and de-install this rack in just a few minutes. During driving, there is little noticeable vibration from this rack, even on rougher roads or speed bumps. The only downside is that the holes on the receiver hitch do not align perfectly with the holes on the bike rack (see picture). I believe a few other reviewers also noted this issue. There is enough room to fit the safety pin, but not quite enough to fit a 1/2" hitch lock. I called Kuat to ask them about this and the rep told me that not all hitches will line up with this rack. Kuat, coincidentally(?), sells a hitch lock that is also 3/8" (same size as the safety pin) and still fits.

Swagman Titan Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
Overall nice product, but I wish the locking cable was longer to weave through both wheels and frame. Since wheels have quick attach skewers theives can easily take your wheels.
One of the few racks that will clear my Jeep's large rear mounted spare tire without using an extender. The other is the Allen which doesn't have the nice features the Swagman Titan has. Tips enough to allow partial opening of Jeep rear door, but enough to open the soft top rear window. The vertical portion of rack tips slightly toward vehicle (at least it does on mine). Would be better if the horizontal "S" shaped piece could be turned around to dip down, moving it further from the spare tire, but there are only holes drilled to mount it as shown. Can't attest to the durability yet, but it doesn't wobble even a tiny bit. Have to compliment everyone I spoke with at etrailer. very nice and extremely helpful.

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
We really enjoy the bike rack; it is so much more stable than the one I had previously. I am much more comfortable driving with this bike rack because I feel much safer; I know the bikes will stay in place until my destination. I would encourage anybody to buy this product.
One of the oval frames for the bike wheel did bend from an accident, but all things considered, the rack is a great value for the price, and my bikes are safe!
Hollywood Racks Trail-Rider Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2017 Honda Civic
Today on our 2017 Honda Civic we're going to be taking a look at the Hollywood Rack Trail Rider 2 Bike Rack, part number HR200. Now we already have our bike mounted on here, let's take a closer look. You're going to have one frame hook right here, it's going to attach right at the frame. On each wheel we're going to have a strap, and it's just going to be hook and loop fastener. Now to take the bike off we're simply going to unhook the hook and loop straps on the front and rear wheel, and then we can come up to our wheel hook. We can push the button and lift the hook out of the way, and then we can remove our bike. Now with our bike out of the way I'd like to give you a few measurements.
Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2017 Honda Civic
Today, on our 2017 Honda Civic, we're going to be taking a look at the Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack, part number TS02G. Now, one of the really nice features of this bike rack is if we're out and about and we need to get into our cargo area, we don't need to remove our bike. Simply lift up on the lever, push down on the foot pedal, and the bike will tilt away, and then, from either side of our vehicle, we can get into our truck and get anything in or out that we may need. Now, to put the bike back up, simply tilt it up, and you'll hear it lock into place. Now, the way our bike is going to mount to our rack, there's not going to be any frame contacts. You're not going to have to worry about any scratches or abrasions on your paint. On the back here, we have a wheel strap that's going to go around our wheel, and on the front here, we a wheel hook that's going to go right in front of our brakes.
