Can Kuat Trio Roof Bike Rack Fit Hatchback Vehicle and Allow Rear Hatch to Open

Question:
Im looking to install the Rhino Rack RRVA126B-2onto my 2017 Honda Hatchback so I can put my bikes on it. Does the Kuat Trio RU01 clear the rear hatch door when it is fully open?

We don't have any roof rack fit info for a 2017 Honda Civic hatchback so it's really hard to say if the Kuat Trio # RU01 would fit and clear the hatch to allow it to open. But what we have found is that in situations where there is a clearance issue you can run the bike rack in reverse and the hatch will open just fine.
