Best 2011 Ford Transit Connect Trailer Lights

When my 7 year old utility trailer lost it's lights, I looked for a solution. The package came quickly and was easy to install. It was a good idea to include the wiring kit along with the Lights because I installed the lights first and discovered that the problem wasn't solved. I then rewired the entire harness and it all works well. I would recommend one change - instead of the wire nuts, add a waterproof heat sealing connection - I soldered my wire connections using a heat shrink wrap. Also - waterproof tap in connections for the side running lights would be helpful.

The door mounted lights on my car hauler were crap from day one. With the wires cut off by the door closing on them, it was time to make an improvement and get them moved to someplace other than the door. The STL69RB lights were the perfect product. Slim enough to mount beside the drop down ramp door and very easy to install. Using 2 per side it made the trailer visable to all vehicles. The LED lights are brighter and instantly on so drivers behind you imediately know when you are slowing or turning. These are what should have been installed on the trailer at the factory. They are the best improvement I could ever make to my trailer's rear lighting.

I do not have the trailer yet, but I've tested this product, and it's amazingly bright and reflective--much more than plastic ones. If the adhesive performs well and lasts, this will be the perfect solution.

All of the products ( trailer lights, wiring and reflectors ) are still functioning perfectly. Most of all, the service and follow up from eTrailer is thorough and thoughtful

While I’ve never had a bad experience with etrailer products or service, and will certainly keep buying from them, I will note that relying on the USPS for delivery to customer pretty much guarantees it will take at least a day or two, or longer, to receive your order as USPS has really gone down in recent years. If you need it fast and need accurate delivery updates, USPS is not the answer… THAT, though, is balanced by etrailer’s excellent selection of often hard to find items as well as common ones. My latest order included items I could not find anywhere else. A good company to buy from.

I bought a couple more of these two-diode LED clearance lights to add some more lighting to the rear of my kayak trailer. They work nice and are easy to install in 3/4" holes that I drilled through a piece of aluminum angle. The trailer has orange clearance lights on the front sides, red clearance lights on the back sides, the stop/turn/parking lights on the back, three red clearance lights on the back, and a white LED license plate light. It's really lit up and very visible at night from the rear and sides. Thanks to etrailer.com for great products and services! My wife and I like to kayak, but we don't like to deal with putting our kayaks on roof racks on the top of a car. So I bought a used Load-Rite trailer that was designed to hold one Jet Ski, and added a frame made of slotted angle and 2x6 lumber to hold the kayaks, and a cargo box from Tractor Supply to hold kayak seats, life jackets, towels, sun-protection clothing, and some spare gear (ropes etc), and bought all new LED lighting from etrailer.com. The paddles are too long for the cargo box so they have to go in the car! The kayaks are tied down to the trailer with several ropes front and rear, so there is a lot of safety factor in the design....I don't worry about the kayaks coming off the trailer! The entire rig works great....when we return from a kayak trip we just back the trailer in the barn and it's ready to go for our next trip. I put a 5" diameter wheel on the trailer just behind the hitch so I can push it around on flat level surfaces. See the pictures.

Great addition to the basic, rear brake lights of a camp trailer. I added these LED RED to the brake/turn function, within the existing, small holes in the rear bumper--much more apparent when stopping/turning. These sealed LED lights are very common on larger trucks and trailers now. Easy to install and very robust assembly...priced right!

These were designed as a clearance light application and at a great price. I bought them to use as turn signal lamps on my RZR. They are high quality and extremely bright when lit, so they work great for both applications. These guys have great parts at a great price and quick shipping. I actually purchased these lights to use as a side marker light on my Jeep Wranglers after installing after market fenders. Lights have worked fantastic up to this point

I bought my Haulmark 12'x6' Enclosed trailer used a few months back. The trailer was in good shape but the sun faded out the marker lamps. Since I use the trailer as a landscape equipment trailer I'm usually not working at night but now with the daylight savings hour change I find myself getting home when it's dark and now those faded lamps were bugging me. Since I've had great experience in the past with etrailer.com I decided to take the plunge and change out the 14 marker lights to their LED versions...Wow what a difference. Not only are my lamps no longer sun faded but they are bright! Definitely was worth the money and the installation was quick since they simply snap into place. Thanks, RAM

Wow, what a difference LED clearance lights make, especially at night. It makes my business information really stand out and people who follow me really notice that. I've been wanting to go LED the past couple years and now that I recently made the change, I'm not ever going back to standard low-level light bulbs again. Really cheap. These lights are marketed as submersible, but based on what's in the package I'm really dubious. The lens bodies are not sealed. As you can see My photo, each lens body has a clearance hole for the wire - No gasket, and plenty of room around the wire, So water will definitely flood in and submerge the contacts and bulb/socket If you put these on a boat trailer. Additionally, to Make the wire connections. They give you wire nuts. For submersible wire connections, at the very least, you should use crimp butts wrapped in tape - or better yet a heat shrink crimp butt. But they give you wire nuts, which aren't even really stable against vibration, let alone moisture. It does say 3-year warranty on the package, however, so I guess I'll be testing that out.

these lights are a per fit for a 4'' pipe, I cut off a piece 2 3/4''long, then I weld a piece of flat stock across the back, 1 1/2'' wide, 3/16 thick, I drill one hole center of the wilt of the 4 '' pipe. two holes for the light studs two inches apart, 3/8'' holes, center hole 1'' for the wires and big enough for the center protruding wires connecter, it is easy to level up the light housing with a square, this is the only light I have found that will go into a 4'' pipe, you will have to use a 5 '' or 6 '' pipe for the larger round lights, great guards for your lights.

Perfect, exact replacement for the old lights on my boat trailer. Lights are as described and expected. Shopping at etrailer provided access to more expertise and product information than Amazon at very similar price. Arrived at my house 4 days after I ordered, excellent service from start to finish!

Here is a picture of these in use on the front of my truck, its an unorthodox mounting place and its supposed to be used on a trailer but I really love these things and I have installed them onto another guys truck as well

Finished Product The 6 Amber LED's with clear lenses are now on my pickup. The 20 amber and red clears will outfit my trailer. I have attached a pic of the rear of my homesteader ez rider (which mainly hauls my atv)

I purchased a couple of optronics led trailer lights and after 3 years one of the lights started losing some of the diodes.Talked to a rep. from etrailer and she told me that the lights were warrantied if the diodes failed. Sent the old one back and they just contacted me that the new one is on its way. Thank you Karen !

This light was exactly like described. I purchase a lot on line and use amazon prime for free shipping. I could not find this light on amazon and was very impressed that etrailer.com had very reasonable shipping prices. Instead of gouging the cost was in line what normal shipping cost would be. Nothing like ordering a product, waiting for it to arrive, only to discover it's useless without another part that's sold separately. You cannot wire this without an additional pigtail. This is the second time I've received a product from etrailer that required something else to be bought separately....

The led light are bright and work well for the most part. I have changed a few in the last couple of years. The housing on some are not quite sealed properly. Water gets in and out they go. 1 of 3 lights replaced worked for a few months and then water found its way in. Overall they or good. If you rtv the seams and seal them yourself, they will last a long time.

After ordering July 11th and a roundtrip from Missouri to L.A. to Keswick Ontario, Canada we received the shipment July 25th. Tailights fit my 2006 Ranger trailer perfectly. Thanks to Paul for tracking my shipment when it didn't arrive on the originally scheduled delivery date and keeping me updated.

This is a nice frame that is well built and holds your place very securely. It is a SURFACE mounted frame to replace the INSET mounted frame I had mistakenly ordered (from the trailer manufacturer!). Etrailer is the best source because of all the views of the product they provide so that you can know what you are actually getting.

This license plate holder installed easily and works great.

I purchased $XX worth of led lights 6 marker lights and 2 ovals. The marker light had a protective wrapper and showed up pristine condition, however both ovals were thrown in the box with no protective wrapper the clear oval has a scratch but is still in good condition the red oval has scratches all over it to the point it looks used. Pretty Sad. Wish I could off included photos but it was hard to see the scratches In the picture my camera isn't the greatest.

I had to replace one burned tail light on my 2005 cargo trailer. I bought two and replace the other one as well. They work perfectly. The size and the 3 pins connction are the same as the original. A little downside is regarding the packaging. I would expect each light wrapped individualy to avoid the rattling in the box. See pics.
