There were some UPS delivery issues, damaged in shipment. But, etrailer.com jumped right on sending out another shipment after it was apparent that UPS would not complete the delivery. The installation took longer, maybe 1-1/2 hours, because I did not have all my tools ready and I was working on the concrete floor in the dark to outside with a portable shop light. Everything fit well and it looks great. The 2" drop ball mount was the perfect height for my 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I love the look of the Curt black insert that makes the hitch looks like it belongs on the car, nothing embarrassing at all. Anything negative? Maybe. The flat plate was a little difficult to hook onto with the UHaul safety chains on a 5x8 trailer. That's hardly a negative, though, and I wouldn't have spent more on another brand choice because of this. Happy happy!

Good ball mount. Meets my requirements for proper trailer alignment.

Nice build quality. It was exactly what I needed to match up my small utility trailer to my Jeep Grand Cherokee factory hitch. No where else could I find a 1.25" ball mount with a 6" drop. Needed a draw bar for my Jeep Grand Cherokee with a larger than normal drop but couldn't find it through the normal channels. Only one i could find was from etrailer, ordered and it was exactly what i needed. Shipped quickly with lots of helpful communication. Will shop here again.

Simple and it works.

I am using the hitch for a car dolly and a bike rack. The fit is a little loose for the bike rackmI'll see it really works when get on the road.

The super extra long ball mount is perfect, gives the extra distance between tow vehicle and trailer because without the extra long mount there is only 32" between vehicle and trailer wall. A friend borrowed this trailer and when he backed up the trailer hit the rear tail light and crushed the corner of his truck. With the extra long mount at least the trailer corner wall will clear if this ever happens again. Also great if you have a rear mounted spare tire

I will use this product on an 04 WJ . With this much length it will clear my rear bumper and save it from being destroyed ever time I unhook my trailer

Nice combination to go with my front hitch for the F150.

Wow, sturdy is what I can say! Nice drop at 2". I have a Grand Cherokee with the air suspension, so I can adjust to what I need.

The ball mount did not fit onto the shank. This was a very disappointing experience.

The fit of the U channel for the ball mount was too tight over the verticle drilled box tube. It needed “persuasion” to get it over the tube. This will make height changes away from the shop difficult. No rattle though.

I cannot use this ball mount because the shaft is too short that goes into hitch receiver on my one ton Dodge truck. It does not allow enough room between truck back bumper and ball to allow any trailer tongue to be put on ball.

Purchased this hitch as a companion for our Reese anti sway control. The small ball for the Reese sway control fits in the bracket and the 2” drop on the hitch is exactly what we needed to have our Jayco camper level when towing.
